Bad experience last time ordering. Reason because I had to wait for my order even after it said it was ready and I ordered 16 mild buffalo wings and they said mild is no sauce but I’ve been to different locations and mild comes with sauce. Bad service would not recommend if you want your order wrong.

$16 pizza $1.15 service fee, pizza was dry af and the quality was aweful. I see why Little Ceasars took the official pizza of the NLF from pizza hut. Pizza hut was soo good just 3 years ago now trash. Stay away!

Not completely gone to hell but definitely can use improvement STARTING with staff ..literally it was only one employee. My daughter stood in the lobby for some time completely deserted. I literally laid on the car horn. Then once I looked over the pizza immediately was disappointed that the onions on our BBQ chicken pizza ( first time trying ) were black..literally burnt . We hadn’t ate all day, no energy to go back inside and surprisingly once picked off and tossed out the pizza was edible.

The pizza is good… though when I got there, I had to call them to let them know I was waiting outside despite I already confirmed with the App. Finally the condiments are on sale. Condiments makes our food catered to our liking. It just feels wrong.

The food was hot fresh delicious excellent customer service I ordered two large pizzas With the same exact toppings for $11.99 but one of them was $14.99 instead of $11.99. She did explain to me why so i would know in the future, but she was nice enough to make an adjustment and save me $4. To me that is excellent customer service. That is why I always go to that pizza hut.
