I walked in and was greeted by a manger her name was Liva and she gave amazing customer service and was super nice and understanding. We had a good conversation and all my food came out pretty quick and I did order a couple of things and everything came in bag the pizza was really good I had a great experience will be for sure coming back.

Celine was patient & helpful with my order, Celine gets a five star but your manger by the name of Denise always has an attitude, she gets a negative star, she almost dropped & damaged my pizza & when I asked her about it she got snappy & told me to chill out, the customer. You def need to take a look at the type of individuals you hire. She is not fit to lead by the way she conducts herself. I believe she got mad when I told her co worker Celine I was going to leave her a good review. Cooperate needs to re evaluate Denise as an employee because her attitude & customer service is poor & makes you not want to come back to that location.

I used to order from this Pizza Hut and the Crenshaw location for home delivery years ago, Then we decided to try Little Caesars which was a bit more affordable. It’s good, but Pizza Hut to me is a bit tastier.

Do not order curbside pick. My order was suppose to be at 5pm app said it was ready to pick up called and they said it wasn’t ready. So I asked how long it was going to take and I was on hold for about 8mins. I had to hang up and call back again and no response. I had my baby in the car with me and that was the reason why I couldn’t go inside. Plus the price is ridiculous. Service fee for what?

The pizza is good but the young girl working at the register in the afternoon/evening could be a bit more friendly and have better cs skills, but wasn’t rude just no personality and dry but the food was okay.

My food was cold. I ordered at 7:16pm and I went inside to check at 7:30pm and the manager said it was not ready. I went back inside around 7:50pm and got the food the big box and pasta on the side everything was cold not even warm. I told him thank you for the food and it was cold he told me have a nice night. I will never go back to this pizza hut ever again. I wasted $50.00 and I should have went to Dominos. Also I did my order for curbside and I checked in and no response. The system told me to call when I did no answer that is when I went inside around 7:30pm to check and to remind them it was curbside. Very unprofessional if a customer orders a certain way and the order is not fulfilled. Pizza was hard, cold and not fully cooked cheese was not cooked. Pasta was not cooked and cold had to go home and reheat $50 worth of food that should have been fresh!
