Call to place an order and No one pick up. I assume that it was busy but when I got there. No line outside or inside. Ask the cashier if they was busy and she said no. Place my order and call to see if they would pick up. 20 minutes waiting the phone ring and they NEVER answered it. They had time for silly conversations but no time to take phone orders.

I ordered a meat lovers large pizza on the Moblie app with special instructions to put half red onions on the left side of the pizza. I also put for the pizza to start at 8pm, mind you it was ordered at 6:45 or so. Igor my pizza about 8:30 and the delivery guy was very pleasant. I opened the pizza and it was onions over the whole pizza, I immediately called and spoke with Jose. Jose was the rudest person to be the first contact I have EVER spoke too. I informed him I ordered online with special instructions and my pizza was wrong. In a very rude manner he says “well we don’t go by special instructions online. I’m like ok, but you deliver the order at the time people select? How can you see that but nothing else. He states that they can not see anything but the order and no special instructions. I’m said well do you have a corporate number? He said find it online and hung up…… just rude. I knew I should of ordered from the one on fig and all my food was cold and tasted old this chicken was hard as a rock
