I see a lot of complaints about Pizza Hut. I normally don’t order from them but I thought I’d try it out. First off as huge TMNT fan since I was a kid I love the pizza box. I got the cheese and mushroom pizza and it did not disappoint. The only thing that could have been better is a little more char and crisp on the crust. It had good cheese pull and the sauce was solid. Oh and I got it with extra cheese so twice as nice. Overall it was a good pie for the first time I’ve ever ordered from Pizza Hut. And it’s not pizza time without your four friends

I tried to dodge the horrible location on Fort Apache. Figured I would give this location a crack. Saw the Detroit Pizza with sauce on top on a commercial. I guess they ran out of sauce. Didn’t do any modifications on the order but they still messed it up. That helped solidify me eating at chain pizzas joints moving forward. Pizza with no sauce is horrible.

1 star to this location because I can’t give “0” stars, if by any chance you receive your order incomplete you better not call to ask what happened. It’s a lady there “The Manager” that even after making the mistake of delivering an incomplete order she still have no touch at all to resolve the errors made in the orders. Yes, of course I called in frustrated because we waited for our pizza in a family movie night and the lady with her attitude asked me to wait another 25-30 minutes to send me the missing item. Was not the time, was not the item, was not the item price.. Was the lady’s attitude that frustrated me over the phone, after paying for a service delivery fee and tip I was suggested that “if I wanted my missing item I can go and get it” really? You have disappointed a loyal client that have been your customer for almost 2 years in that location. If it’s your mistake.. Take responsibility, empathize & resolve in the best way possible. I’ll not recommend this Pizza Hut because “The Management” doesn’t have any kind of expertise how to handle basic mistakes and errors.

I placed an order on March 12th. It looked like it was vomited on. I called to get a refund. I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to get it back on my credit card or they could give me a $20 pizza hut credit for future orders. I chose the $20 option. I called today to place an order. I was told I had no credit on my account. I was transferred to the manager on duty, Tyler. He requested the name of the person that helped me 3 weeks ago and to bring in my receipt in order up get my refund. I explained to Tyler that I shouldn’t have to go through obstacles to get my money back especially if I’m the victim of their error. Yet I received no customer service or reasonable resolution. I will be disputing the transaction through my credit card company.

I am in the middle of a big move. It’s late so I order some pizza for me and my 8 year old daughter. That’s at 9pm. At 10pm I call and the pizza isn’t even made yet. At 10:50 my wife calls and they put her on hold. At 11pm they close and they all go home. With my wife still on hold and the pizza that I paid for never delivered. So they basically stole my money and disappeared into the night. I wouldn’t order from these thieves ever if I were you. You’ve been warned

I had a 100% perfect experience with this is particular Pizza Hut on Durango. The young lady who answers the phone was kind and helpful and professional. The delivery driver was handsome and he too was kind. The pizza was hot I couldn’t believe it but it was. And also tasty it was very good. Mad at myself I should have tipped that young man more money. Seems like I got that pizza in 15 minutes. I was pleased with everything.

My pizza order was excellent. Hayley was very professional, friendly and nice on the phone. Joe the delivery guy was very nice and polite and delivered hot pizza and delivered sooner than I anticipated. Wes make sure you keep Haylea and Joe around.
