I ordered from the Rainbow@Charleston Boulevard location as I usually do. This is not the first time I have not received what I have ordered and I would like it corrected for future purposes. I often ask for extra cheese and pay for extra cheese and do not get it. This New Yorker Pizza was supposed to have extra pepperoni and extra cheese but it did not come with anything extra. In fact it didn’t come with cupped pepperoni as it was supposed to. Please have a talk with the personnel there or if it is a data issue please fix your programming. Thank you

Big dinner box was the best deal in my opinion. You get two pizzas with one topping of choice, bread sticks with marinara sauce and a choice of bone in or out chicken wings with a flavor choice. We chose Hawaiian. Food was hot. Delivery driver was fast and kind. I definitely recommend the big dinner box especially for a bigger family.

Don’t bother ordering from this location. I ordered a pizza with ham and pineapple and they forgot to put the pineapple. I emailed informing them of the issue and I never got a response or call back. I decided to order again some weeks later and this time they put marinara sauce on my pizza instead of garlic parmesan sauce… they claimed to have called me informing of the change but nobody called me. I decided to write a review this time because am I supposed to email and be ignored again??

Did the whole contactless delivery and gave instructions to not ring doorbell or knock as it’ll alert the dogs and wake the baby. Driver dropped off pizza at the door and called while walking back to his car. Expected just a text but call was nice had there been any questions or what not.

I ordered the Hut special crust with seasoning. There was way too much seasoning on the pizza. It tasted like salt and some other seasonings. I had gotten the same crust while in Maryland and it was great. The store we use here in Las Vegas was not the same. We had trouble eating it. It definitely was not the quality I expected. I was very disappointed and most of the pizza was wasted.
