We never received our order for over $50 worth of food. Pizza Hut sent a text saying that it was delivered for which it was not. We sat outside and waited for it. I called the restaurant and the gentleman who answered said to look again it says delivered which I assured him it was not. I called back and he told me he was looking into it and put me on hold for over 15 min. I assumed he forgot so I hung up and called back only to sit on hold endlessly. I feel robbed!

Order was fine, HOWEVER, when I paid, I gave them $21 in cash and then was told it was $11 on the card I was using to pay the rest on a $32order. Ok cool. Paid that. Then got the charge notification an hour later and they charged me$14 in store on my card instead of $11. I was not notified of any extra card charges or tip before hand. I tried calling the store, no answer. Although it’s only a few dollars, if they do this unacknowledged by other customers, who knows how much they are stealing daily. This is unacceptable.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!!!! We ordered delivery to our hotel room and it took almost 2 hours for the pizza too arrive and not only that but they forgot 1 whole pizza that we payed for!! We tried calling but they would not answer the phone after holding for 20+ minutes. We don’t usually write bad reviews but they surely earned this one!!! Never again and corporate will definitely hear about this experience. (When the pizza arrived after 2+ hours of waiting it was very cold and blend)

Went to pick up an online order 15 minutes after it was ready thinking it was plenty of time only to find out that they forgot to make one of the pizzas. The guy who was checking me out didn’t apologize. I asked if there was anything they can do to fix their mistake since it would take another 15-20 minutes, his response was simply “well, it has to be made”. Even when I was leaving, I asked for crushed red peppers and he said they are $1 now – at the very least he could have thrown that in. Such a horrible experience.

Love pizza hut and what’s Funny! This new one right across street from little ceasars pizza Now not only was there parking lot dead crickets and pizza put busy but 5 BUCK PIZZAS FROM PIZZA HUT OR LITTLE CEASARS IS NOT A BRAIN TWISTER ABSOLUTELY *THE HUT* To bad little ceasars eago got to high n started 6’8’10buck pizzas I would never pay for from them period only tradition 5. Well now pizza put got all the goods a few steps away haha. Love the pick up 5 buck thing 2 pizzas 10 bucks n change. Yes o yes.
