This is how I received my pizza. It’s supposed to be the big New York style and this is how I received it. This is the second time I have received my pizza poorly made and on top of that they take forever to give you your order.

Ordered my pizza 30mins before arriving and it still was not completed. The workers kept telling me 15mins and than 12mins it turned into a whole 45-1hour for the pizza to be finished! Poor customer care and they just kept looking at me and not showing any concern! I will definitely be following up with whoever Ken Howe is because I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Pizza was for my kids that ended up being sleep by the time the pizza was even ready for me to take out. Very unprofessional!!! They even have a sign for satisfaction guarantee

Delivery staff knew my debit card was charged. He took the cash for the amount as well. So I double paid and he took the money and ran instead of being honest and said my card was already charged.

Food was cold, late, and driver lied and said food was delivered on time to meet metrics. Staff never picked up phone and initial call transfers to a global line that you can’t understand the person speaking! Not ordering pizza hut again!!!

This Pizza Hut is a hit or miss! I guess its whatever day to decided to order. I’ve tried delivery and pickup. Both were lack luster..pizza had a funky taste, was told it was just the tomatoes. Never mind I’ve been ordering pizza for since the 90’s. And never had that happen before..anyways like I said, try your luck here!

Worst experinece ever order pizzas and take more than one hour delivered when they told me 25 min time horrible I’m try to call them and they live on line more than 20 min with out answer sucks.
