I like this place，even Their always put wrong topping to me. But They shouldn’t sell this thing to customer. This pizza is cooking toooooo much..it is black already.

The biggest issue with Pizza Hut is they put the default soda ordering to 20 ounce and still charge 2.50+ for that 20 ounce. So if your order is 200 dollars and you don’t meticulously cycle through their pull down menus you get 10 pizzas and 3 20 ounce sodas. .

Ordered for a future delivery. Needless to say, it was not even out yet. When I called, it took forever to get ahold of the store. It was sitting, waiting for the driver to get back. This was about 30 mins later. This means by the time the driver got back to deliver my pizza, it would easily been sitting over 45 mins, plus another 8 plus mins to bring my order. Pizza hut is continuously shooting themselves in the foot. Won’t hire enough pple, they are one of the lowest paying company’s in Vegas area. They are so afraid

Food is good most of the time, but I have had my pizza a little old a couple of times. Services is great time to time, but there are times where they are messing around doing nothing, and going outside to smoke, or just joke around on the phone.

Whoever does deliveries here does not follow directions because they go to the wrong side of the complex to an apartment that has the same building and apartment number every time, and I have to walk outside across the street to a different address. If you follow maps instead of assuming where to turn in it will take you to the correct address ♀️

Horrible service ordered a simple pizza that took a hour. Said it was ready on the screen and app. Still sat and waited a extra 40 minutes.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. First of all, the pizza took THREE HOURS to deliver to us. Second, the pizza was smashed like the driver sat on it and the pizza wasn’t warm anymore and looked old. Third, when the issues were brought up we were offered the options of the pizza being remade or a credit. Obviously we didn’t want to wait another three hours for the new pizzas so we went with the credit, but guess what? Suddenly our account DOESN’T EXIST. Ripoff scammers here.

Undercooked pizza, wings with no sauce at all… they forget the dipping sauces ALL THE TIME… last time they forgot the wings… the other pizza I ordered today with extra cheese came with barely cheese… called to complain 6 times before someone picked up and NO apology at all…

I order a pizza, breadstick, and some wings on a Sunday evening and estimated wait time was around 40 minutes. It ended up taking almost an hour and a half, and the food was not even warm by the time it got delivered. I don’t expect it to be hot still, but it was barely even lukewarm so I had to microwave it. The taste of the food itself wasn’t bad, but I shouldn’t have to wait an hour and a half just to have to reheat the food so I will be ordering from Domino’s from now on.
