If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst timing ever, no communication, no delivery drivers, ordered the big dinner box almost an hour and a half, and still no word on whether we’ll be given our order or not, and after calling the store, they said our order should be ready in another half hour. We traveled 6 hours, checked into our hotel and order pizza for dinner just to wait almost 1.5 hours for our food to be delivered. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut. I’m better off taking my business elsewhere where they will at least value our business and not keep us waiting FOREVER. Our children waited almost past 11:30pm for pizza Also forgot to mention that the pizza was cold and my children said it tasted funny. Huge upset

Their pizza have gone downhill, I ordered some pizzas for dinner and our pies were mostly crust. I’d say it was about 2-3 inches thick of crust and a small portion for the center was the sauce and toppings. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Pizza was delivered by Door Dash instead of pizza hut. After I had already paid a $5.00 delivery charge and left a $5.00 tip Pizza arrived luke warm. It’s disrespectful to use a 3rd party delivery service.

Don’t order from this location. They have one delivery driver apparently so my order for a single pizza took 2 hours to be delivered and the pizza looks terrible.

Pizza hut no longer cares about there customers. They started using a third party call center. If you have problems with your order, no one will help you. You can no longer talk to the store directly. They have also started using third party delivery which drops off your order contactless. No doorbell rings or phone calls. Oh wait they send a text. If you are like me, you have a life and do not live with a phone in your hand so your food sits on your porch while you try to call to ask where it is. Again no one will help you. If you ask for a supervisor your call will sent into limbo and disconnected. I have been eating Pizza Hut pizza sense the mid 1960s. I have never had this bad of an experience.

The online system refused to submit an order I placed, and there was no reason sent in the email, and the local store did not have any answers either. The person on the phone was nice, and reminded me of a credit I had on my account, so bonus! Food was hot and good, but the driver insisted they were at my door when in reality they were two buildings away.
