My hubby and I love Pizza Hut but we sometimes have a hard time locating Pizza Huts when traveling. We were really happy when we located a Pizza Hut in Prescott. We called in our order and by the time we arrived our Pizza was just about ready. We were also happy that we could eat inside this location rather than taking our food home. We found this Pizza,Hut easily and were greeted upon our arrival by Wiiliam, store manager. He was friendly, helpful and very professional . Our Pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted really good. The eating area was bright and cheery and very clean and neat. Now that we found this location on Willow Creek it is on our list for many repeat visits when in town. Thank you William, it was a pleasure speaking with you and learning about new menu items up and coming within the next few months. If you enjoy Pizza Hut, this location is really good!

Ordered 2 Large 1 Topping Pizza’s with bread Sticks one pepperoni one Italian sausage both the Pizza’s were very delicious as well as the Bread sticks Pizza’s were hand Tossed . person taking our Order by Phone was very polite and Explained what specials they had and the time frame for delivery. Raw, uncooked look like garbage, worse pizza ever, look like they use a bad order and throw bunch of toppings on it to make my supreme pizza, no cheese on toppings, hard evidence right there

I ordered a Pepperoni lovers pan pizza.. LIGHT cheese, REGULAR bbq sauce… it had barely any pepperoni on it and hardly any sauce, but was LOADED with cheese… honestly it was awful! The pan crust was dry and tasted under cooked! The cinnabons weren’t rolled tight so there were gaps in them and they were dry and crunchy… thinkin’ thats not how they are supposed to be! The only thing that earned a 2nd star was the delivery driver was quick and professional!

We’ve had mixed experiences with this location. Usually delays in delivery but nothing too unreasonable until tonight. I’m out of town and my husband’s phone is broken so he can’t make calls. He ordered pizza and wings directly from their website. The wings arrived via DoorDash which, again, he didn’t use.

Closed 2 hours early, canceled my order and didn’t inform me at 7:50 claiming they closed at 8. Carryout hours posted on their door said they closed at 10.
