Pizza Hut’s app is horrible to navigate through. I like the food but the app sucks. I dread using it. I will put items in my cart, my stuff disappears, makes me start over. My card was compromised so when I went to add my new card info it took three times to save data. Meaning I had to enter the info three times. There are better app designers find one.

Since moving to Tucson, this is the closest Pizza Hut to my home so I frequent this establishment pretty regularly. Because I’m a creature of habit, my pizza is always the same and the total never changes, so imagine my surprise when I get home and get an alert from my bank that my total has changed because the thief of a manager Kristina took it upon herself to give her a tip by basically forging my signature and adding the tip amount. Naturally, I reported this to the Tucson Police Department and to the General Manager, but today I was absolutely floored when I went in to pick up my order and find that THE THIEF IS STILL EMPLOYED AT THIS LOCATION! She claimed she accidentally gave herself the tip which we all know to be a lie but the fact that she’s still working at this location is UNACCEPTABLE. I will not rest until I feel this is handled appropriately or I’ll never eat at Pizza Hut again. Check your receipts, always sign, and take photos. Kristina is covered in tattoos so you know who she is; don’t trust her! Reconcile your transactions, God only knows how many times she’s done this.
