This was our 1st time ordering from this Pizza Hut. Great experience! We got a great deal on two medium pizzas and 16 boneless wings. We customized the order with no hassles. Love how the app lets you know the status of your order. The order arrived exactly at the time promised. It was hot and everything was delicious. The driver was so sweet. Another had landed on one of the boxes and she warned us so we wouldn’t take the moth inside.

Our delivery never showed up due to a 3rd party delivery service. I called the store and the manager went above and beyond to make the situation right. He called me back after speaking with Door dash to apologize and explain what happened. He then personally remade my order and had it delivered quickly. He then called me again to make sure we finally received our order. The manager is always so nice as we are faithful customers to the Verado location. He is the perfect manager and love the great customer service we always receive.

I had an issue with the Doordash delivery and my order never arrived. When I called the store, they worked everything out with Doordash, and the store gave me a credit for a future order. I was able to use that credit at a later date and everything was fine. They took care of my issue even though it wasn’t their fault. I appreciated that.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and since Pizza Hut now outsources to Door Dash for their deliveries I got some driver that delivered my pizza with all the toppings that slid off and my pizza was bare and cold. Luis at the store apologized and sent me another pizza right away no charge. Luckily the new Door Dash driver was better than the last lol, Luis was amazing and apologetic even though it wasn’t on the store.

This is a brand new Pizza Hut so everything is clean and show room new inside the store. This is a carry out location only. The staff was very helpful and got my order out to me extremely quick. All and all it was a good experience. This area around jackrabbit and Indian school road is exploding with new restaurants, retail, grocery stores ect. I can’t believe how fast things are being built. One day you see a sign go up about so and so coming soon and next thing you know there having a grand opening.

Most disappointing pizza we’ve ever had at pizza hut, they like forgot all the toppings and put a tiny collection of toppings in the center 4 inches of 2 large pizzas. Kind of weird how bad it was. Hopefully the owners get some workers in there that care… that being said it’s just a fast pizza joint so I’m not going to destroy their star rating.

We enjoyed our first order here, nice to have a pizza option so close. Place is perfect for walk up or delivery. Went during opening, need some practice, as we picked up a pizza that wasn’t cut. It tasted good, hot and perfectly made. I was pleased over all and we will be ordering again.

I don’t know why Google maps has this location out on the street. This Pizza Hut is inside the Fry’s shopping east of the main grocery store. This is a fairly new location which started with great service and good food. Really easy to order, come by and pick up your pizza. Keep up the good work!
