What horrible service. No empathy, zero professional communication. And a take out pizza place with no plates, napkins or free parm chz and red pepper packets. The Dinning area is closed,the front door has and pool alarm on it to warn the workers if there is a customer. And when you do make it in the building the staff just looks at you like your money doesn’t keep their lights on and salaries paid. Stay away.

Order a pizza and a double order of bread sticks last night. Was very disappointed. The dough on the pizza was still undercooked, and the bread sticks felt stale and had no parmesan seasoning on them. I think this is the first time I’ve ever gotten an order there with such poor quality. Then again I’ve never placed an order for a pizza at night, so perhaps it was the night crew. So if you get a pizza at this location, make sure it’s during the day, because it seems that the night crew needs some training

Horrible service I see why this location is slow on a nfl Sunday. As u can see in the picture this is the 8 piece cheese sticks… that they only serve 5. All of which are burnt and in the improper box. Go to the 32nd street pizza hut much better location that less than a mile away

Such a hassle going to this location. I do recommend ordering ahead because the employees that were in the back were just standing around talking and horse playing that whole time. Literally only 2 people in the dining area no one came in to order besides me. They gave me a 25 min wait .. Which turned into an hour wait. Didn’t care about how long our wait time was then messed up the order. I definitely will not be going to this location anymore.

Pizza was accidentally ordered wrong by my fault yes and I even offered to give the wrong pizza back. I order here 2-5 times a week and they know me. But here on Christmas Eve they couldn’t as a courtesy make me the the correct pizza I wanted a pan cheese pizza. Since Monica has no compassion and doesn’t appreciate a loyal customer I won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut anymore.
