I have always loved Pizza Hut because they have the best sauce and crust of all the pizza places. However, I really appreciate GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE as well, and when I tell you that BLAKE is the man ! Whenever he makes a pizza it comes out better than it looks in the commercials and his willingness to serve is amazing ! I really appreciate Pizza Hut but I also appreciate their management staff (Blake particularly) and their team of elite pizza makers and professionals! Kudos

This is the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to! I had takeout- the quality was phenomenal, the service was fast and friendly, and the store was spotless. It was very apparent that these employees really care about and take pride in their work. The Cinnabon Mini Rolls were a perfect finish. Outstanding!

Door dash is a poor service and in my opinion Pizza Hut should go back to using their own pizza delivery drivers. No communication between door dash and the customer or the restaurant. It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!

I placed an order around 10:45 and did not realize that they were closing soon until I had placed the order. The gentleman working (by himself!) did not make me feel bad about it at all. The food came out great and over all great customer service.

The workers are always very friendly when I come to pick up my order. They offer napkins, plates, crushed pepper, and Parmesan. But I have to say Pizza Hut is like one of my favorite pizza chains but it doesn’t seem to taste as good as I remember. I was very disappointed when I ordered their wings 6-9-17. They were so dry, hardly any sauce. I will not purchase the wings again maybe the pizza.

Haven’t ordered pizza delivery in months. The food was good and the ordering process was easy. However, I didn’t know they were contracted with DoorDash for deliveries now. Doordash person didn’t knock on the damn door. It gets left outside and you get a text but I’m not the type of person to cling to my phone 24/7 being a busy parent. If you like Pizza Hut, stick to carry out or order Barros.

We ordered a pizza from this restaurant last night and they said it would be delivered in 45 minutes. So when a hour and 15 minutes passed I called to see where our pizza was. The guy who answered the phone said he couldn’t find our order. Unfortunately this seems to be a pattern with this particular Pizza Hut. The exact same thing happened to us about a month ago. The last time they got a pizza out to us pretty quickly and presented us with a coupon for a free pizza (albeit the coupon was only good for like 2 days) so that was a waste. This time I told the guy they should send a pizza and not charge us. He was like, “Nope not going to do that…if you want to order a new pizza, you will have to pay for it”. What happen to customer service? I guess they are so short staffed they would rather turn customers away than do the right thing. Needless to say we will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again. It’s not even about having to pay for the pizza. It was the way he handled the whole situation.
