I swear. It does not matter what I do or say, my pizza never gets made the way I ask it to be. Always ask for extra sauce. My order even gets repeated back to me “extra sauce” and my pizza never gets any sauce. This is so frustrating. No sauce again.

Pizza Hut has really gone down hill. I called to place an order, the person I spoke with said I had to call back and chose another option on the Automated service to place orders. It seems like it took me to a third party answering service out of the country. My information which is usually on file when you call in is no longer there. I had to give all my info again which did not work out well. I ended up ordering online instead.

The pizza is raw and doughy. Call the manager, and he acted like a child. He said I was yelling at him, which I wasn’t he was disrespectful and shouldn’t treat customers like he did. Won’t be back lost my buisness. Just sad!!

I’ve ordered from here for the last 8yrs with minimal issues. I tried to call and place an order today tho, and I’m told that I have to order thru their call center. I’m not sure where the call center is located but the people are hard to understand and sound like they would like to talk to me about my cars extended warranty… I will not be ordering from pizza hut again.

Pizza hut has always been pricier compared to other pizza chain. We usually pay around $40 and for that much, I’d rather go to a sit in pizza restaurant, but they have this Triple Treat Box for a limited time. We only go there if they have promo like this. 2 medium pizza, cinnabon mini rolls and breadsticks for $23.
