We enjoyed our pizza. There were a few problems but nothing that swayed having a good time. We ordered a large pizza, they made a medium… corrected it by making us a 2nd medium pizza to take with us. Their sofa fountain wasn’t working. They had a few bottled options to choose from at no charge.

Pizza was stale and basically cold. As if it was reheated and then left out. Also they didn’t do extra sauce. Went back got another one and it was basically the same as the first. Better stick to Dominos from now on. Actually cheaper and tastes better anyway

I ordered a pizza to be delivered by Uber eats. I received a message from Pizza Hut letting me know that my order would be late since they had to prepare another order. My Uber driver was awesome This was not her fault at all. When I received my pizza it was cold the mushrooms were gross and the cheese has already started to get gross. I used to love Pizza Hut but I will no longer be ordering from them.

I had to cut my dry, unseasoned $8 breadsticks myself and i ordered 3 sets! Waste of $24. My pizza didn’t even have sauce on most pieces either. I also paid extra for additional toppings and only 2 slices had the extra topping. My total was $60 and the quality was worse than frozen store-bought pizza. Also the delivery fee and tip were over $10 but they used doordash instead of their own hourly employee, so they pocketed the delivery fee. I felt bad for the doordash guy and ended up giving him $4 extra, so i paid $14 in total for delivery. What a joke.

The pizza was made poorly. Barely any topping or seasoning on the pizza. This has happened 2 times in a row. Really just felt like they didnt care about how my pizza was. Then i get to the store and im standing there for like almost 2 minutes before i even get acknowledged. Id rather go to dominoes from here on out.

I have ordered from this store several times before, I placed my order today Easter day to have them delivered. I ordered two medium pizza’s and 16 piece of honey bbq hot wings, when driver arrived with my order I noticed one of my hot wings was missing. I called the store letting them know my order was missing a box of wings, they said they can issue a refund or remake the wings. I chose the wings, about 10 minutes later the driver showed up with my missing wings. Pizza’s were ok, ones before were much better, but overall I am happy with my order. Thanks Pizza Hut.

This was our first visit to any Pizza Hut since moving to the state in June of 2022. We ordered 12 additional marinara dips besides the 3 that came with our breadsticks. Fourteen out of fifteen of those dips were extremely bitter and completely inedible. They tasted like they had either forgotten to put sugar in or they had already gone bad. The Big New Yorker pizza was only ok and the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls were incredibly tiny. It was a horrible experience and I don’t think we’ll be craving Pizza Hut anytime soon.
