So disappointed… received three half-cooked pizzas and sixteen half-cooked wings. We had to cook the pieces we wanted since the bottom wasn’t done. I’d rather them take a bit longer than be under cooked. What you see cost us $67 plus a tip! Never again.

Just ordered online. It let me order gave me a location they charged my card used the last of our money for the week to get my kids something they wanted to eat. And I get a call and I’m told they don’t deliver to my area and I can try another location but yet it let me place the order online now my money won’t be refunded 3-5 days now I don’t have dinner for my boys I am beyond disappointed and will never order from them again. They officially lost a customer. Why give the option to order online and place an order if you don’t deliver. !!!!

Ordered. There is nothing on Google maps that’s says what time their restaurant dining room closes. I ordered online for take out and walked in and the guy behind the counter saw me but didn’t acknowledge me. Five minutes later he finally comes out and tells me the dining room is closed, if I want pizza I have to go through the drive through. I told him I ordered and he said I had to get out and go through the drive thru. The pizza was right there. Terrible customer service. It was already paid for and he wouldn’t hand it to me. If the restaurant dining area was closed why didn’t they lock the door or tell me when I first walked thru the door? It’s a shame, I liked going here for the buffet and handle the slow service. But nostalgia isn’t enough have me ever return.

Awful. After waiting 1 and a half hours for our order, we received our burnt pizzas. The order said we’d receive it in 35 minutes. Can’t believe they boxed this up and sent it out. The other pizza had a weird taste and texture. We paid $73 for this disgusting mess. Gross!! Went straight in the trash.

Pizza Hut has a lunch buffet that is real good. They have multiple pizzas, cinnamon and regular breadsticks, and 2 pastas. It costs $10 for adults and $5 for children. There were 5 different pizzas to choose from. The customer service was real good . The employee kept checking to see if we had any special requests and if we needed refills. The only thing is she was so busy they dining room had dirty dishes everywhere .
