I just stopped by in the store and made an order for 2 thin crust pepperoni pizzas, 1 medium 1 large. She then said it would take about 10-15 minutes and she’ll go make them right then. I left a tip. I haven’t had a bad experience with ordering online/app/over the phone. Explore the pizza deals as well! I won’t mark this down a star, but try to avoid Delivery. Because of staffing issues, they have to utilize DoorDash.

I stayed at a hotel and ordered a delivery from this Pizza Hut the website took my money and a tip to deliver it to the hotel, so I waited until the time they said they would deliver it even gave them 10min extra. So I called the place and the lady that answered was so rude. I asked her about my order and she said that she did not know what happed to it that they where closing an hour early, but I told her we had order and hour ago, then she said I will get the manager after that she hung up the phone and close the store. My wife and I decided to go see if it was close, it was. They still took my money, next day went to go get my money, don’t know if it was same lady or different one but still rude, said you will get your money tomorrow morning, it is two days now and still have not received my money guys don’t go or call any Pizza Hut they don’t know how to take care of customers, but are willing to take your money plus tip, go else where.

This was not a good representation of Pizza Hut. The hand tossed pizza was not fully cooked. The pizzas did not have the appropriate amount of sauce. Pizza Hut has really slipped downward in the past 10 to 20 years. They are not “making it great” anymore. They are making it fast and no longer focused on making the best product.

Janelle was amazing . My partner and I visited this location last night after a very very long day. We got there and Janelle super attentive and patient as we couldn’t decide what we wanted. She was training a new staff member and they forgot a step which delayed our wait time. We were exhausted and didn’t really care, but she offered a addition to our order for the extended wait. Such great customer service Janelle! We appreciate and see how hard you work. Thank you!

The pizza was delivered in 55 min. By Doordarshan it was not even warm the toppings slide off the crust. Ever since Door ash the pizza is always late. I will tell all I know that pizza hut has no pride Phoenix Store Imdian School and 19th Ave. Poor quality in every aspect of food service.

This is sad that I have to give this bad a review for Pizza Hut. Ordered on the app and it said it’ll be ready in 15 minutes. The order was not ready and there was only one person working there. Actually the order wasn’t even started. I feel bad for the lady working there by herself, she was getting as much out as she could, but that’s too much for one person. Where in the heck was the manager? I would have given this review to Stars except for how hard that lady was working.

Aaron did an excellent job with customer service, curbside. He brought out pizza after pizza to various guests across the lot. He brought out my pizza and drink and then went back and ran out the receipt. The quality of pizza was also delicious, in taste and appearance. Aaron deserves all of the commendations and tips.
