After a long day in the national parks we noticed there was a pizza hut next to the hotel we would be staying at. We were able to place our order online while driving there and it was ready and hot when we arrived. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. A perfect way to end the day.

After a long day in the national parks we noticed there was a pizza hut next to the hotel we would be staying at. We get here noticed only two people working there. We weren’t greet which was okay, we were ignored for couple minutes then the bald guy said there would be a 45 min which we agreed on. We looked at menu and he repeated again in a very rude tone “there’s a 45 min wait”! We were like okay? We heard you the first time? We turned around and left and my kid said he flicked us off. Like, so disrespectful. My kid doesn’t have to see that. There was no reason for this bald guy to be rude. Like seriously, if you hate your job so much leave! There’s no reason for you to treat people that way. If you hate working Saturday night that’s your fault. Get a real career instead! Don’t take it out on other people. Honestly, Don’t come here people.

I had to wait 40+ minutes on my online preordered 1 large pizza. At ordering it showed 15 minutes wait for takeout, at arrival a total stressed guy stated pizza is already in oven. After 30 minutes of wait I stand in front of counter – totally ignored by staff. 10 minutes later I could place my asking, just to get a cold, slushy pizza handed out without a sorry. It must be in the box for 30 minutes….

please spend your money ANYWHERE else. i ordered a big new yorker double pepperoni pizza online. it arrived within the expected time. when i opened the box i was very confused – my double pepperoni pizza was missing the pepperonis. i called the store and had the worst customer service i’ve ever had. the woman on the phone asked for my ticket number – when i gave it to her, she said hold on and held the phone away from her while she asked another employee “how do i look up ticket numbers?” she returned to me, asking again for what i ordered, what my ticket number was, and what was the problem. i explained that i ordered a double pepperoni, half pineapple and half jalapeños, but received a cheese pizza with half pineapple and jalapeños. she said “yep, you got what you ordered.” as if this is the solution to my problem. i told her i clicked the big banner atop the pizza hut website that said “it’s back, the big new yorker double pepperoni” and that i did NOT get what i ordered. she was very belligerent and when i told her that i’d never had such poor customer service, another person took the phone. this man informed me that the website had a lot of reported problems, and that the error was online. i said i’d like a refund and then i said, if i can give you some feedback, i live in kanab and the woman i spoke with earlier was very unhelpful. she could have said what you said initially, and solved this, but instead she argued with me that the mistake was MINE because i didn’t order properly.. he then said very loudly and aggressively, “ma’am that woman is my wife!” as if that excuses her terrible customer service? as if that solves the problem? i said to him he needed to have ears to hear that that type of approach to customers will never work. a few minutes after i hung up i got a notification from my credit card app that i’d been charged again from pizza hut. instead of being refunded, i was charged the ticket amount minus the pizza. now i get to contest the charge and deal with this drama even more. i will never EVER go to pizza hut again. i have such a bad taste in my mouth about this experience – and the gross pepperoni-less pizza.

Currently (8/8/23) understaffed and unable to provide even minimal service. We walked in and sat down. The stressed gal behind the counter called over that it would be a 45 min wait for anything from the oven. She appeared to be swamped processing called-in orders and never came by, took a drink order, or even welcomed us to the restaurant. We left after about 15 minutes. To be fair, they were understaffed and obviously unable to handle the volume of phone orders, let alone folks walking into the restaurant.

We were driving down to our air bnb from the North Rim Grand Canyon during a thunder storm. It was late when we got to town and we were STARVING. This was one of the very few open places and we were grateful for it! The guy who took my over the phone order and rang me up had a great vibe especially for popping in 20 mins for closing. Again, so grateful !

I was super bummed out when I got back to our hotel to find our almost half our order was missing. By the time we realized the family was already settling in and our child was being difficult so we didn’t go back for the rest of our order. I guess it was in me for not double checking the order in front of the employees when I got it but I used to work at a Pizza Hut for years….it’s not that difficult to get an order right.

AWFUL!!! Little to no sauce, doughy crust, hardly any toppings… just yucky!! Large Super Supreme and a large order of boneless wings… cold wings drowned in sauce… just yucky!! $45 meal shot to hell! Such a great little town to have such crummy service… Good luck to any others what’s going on Pizza Hut???

The pizza arrived cold and the delivery driver brought the wrong drink. He did offer to come back with the correct drink, but never came back. This Pizza Hut was less than 5 mile from where I was staying.
