Waited less than 12 mins for my pizza and it was delicious . The staff were friendly and tentative when I ordered. Definitely a place to go if you want some good pizza! They also have delicious melts that I recommend trying next time you go. Happy to have Pizza Hut here in Hurricane, Utah!

I wish this place was more consistent. They put next to no sauce on the pizza one day so you ask for extra on it next time only for them to drown it in it or ignore the request. I love the thin crust but it feels like I’m eating sunburnt skin with no sauce

Decided to give them another chance after we got our pizzas with almost no sauce last time.. Order was missing bread sticks. Tried to call the store immediately to see if they could get a hold of the driver. I was transferred to 4 different people in a call center (who knows where). The last guy I talk to told me how to make sure I got the store. So I tried again and they hung up on me before I could even talk to anyone. I was going to give them feed back on their online survey and the gave me the wrong receipt so it didn’t have the survey code.

They need to do better. We ordered through the website. We were quoted 15 minutes for pick up. Well that wasn’t true. We went in to pick it up We got there a few minutes after the 15 minute mark. We were told it wasn’t ready. They said give them a few more minutes and it would be done. So we gave them ten minutes or more went back in and were told that they didn’t see stuff on our order so they had to make it. They also told us that they would bring it to us at our vehicle which didn’t happen. When all was said and done we were sitting in front of the store waiting for our order for close to an hour.

This location is a joke. The cashier didn’t know how big the “small” size is. The guys in the kitchen were throwing stuff to each other, yelling, arguing, etc. I paid $20 and left the store without a pizza after I saw what they were doing in the kitchen through a mirror. I’m speechless.

This location is new in town. Had delivery the 1st time. They said about 45 min but showed up in 20 min. We were so impressed with it that we actually ordered the same pizza 2 days later just as good. The only issue we had is we wanted to try the boneless chicken. Don’t waste your money on that. They were honestly about the size of a small thumb & just fair.

First pizza was made wrong, the order wasn’t correct, the second pizza was doughy wich I don’t understand due to the fact I’m sure they’re in a timer. We were excited that pizza hut opened here and now think we’ll just go bk to dominoes. Pizza hut seems very inexperienced at what they’re doing here. *Update- ordered once again and I was told my order wasn’t ready 15 minutes later they found my 70.00 order in the warmer, where it had been the entire time.
