When I called last week the driver was late . I paid for my pizza and asked for my change that was only $5.00 and driver responded it’s in the car . I was going to tip the driver any way as I always do. I asked where is your car he replied down the street. So the driver got a $ 15.00 tip. He tried to play me so I told him when you come back I want my change. I called the store to complain but wasn’t able to get through but I did leave a voicemail.

Best place, I like the pizza in this place you can taste different styles you put the ingredients to your liking for example of ham, pepperoni, meat etc, anadele more cheese vegetables all atu taste, the wings are delicious ppdras order with or without bone, the spicy Medium no spicy or medium spicy or extra spicy as you do not want. best of all is the price is accessible to your pocket, account the menu with two really attractive packages quite economical, this package Big Dinner and the Diner Bag either of you will love for you or the whole family is a pleasure and a delight this meal. The taste of the service is fast and everyone is very good at the service. Thank you. I will give you five stars of photos so that you can see the best of everything.

I love Pizza Hut pizza. However, this particular location doesn’t have delivery drivers and rely on Door Dash to make their deliveries. With that being said, it took over 2 hours for a driver to accept my order for delivery. The employees did do their best to keep it as fresh as possible, and I do not believe they have a way of knowing when the driver will accept, in order to prepare the order in timing with delivery. I had spoken with Jennifer, and she was nice and offered a variety of other ways to get it as well as credit. But delivery needs to get figured out, and the whole experience will be better.

I ordered pizza last night, said it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. Online it said “on its way” 2 hrs later nothing, and still haven’t gotten it. It’s a brand new day and still no pizza. Didn’t get a call or anything. I called, place was closed. Will never order pizza from this place again.

Idk if you can tell but this pizza was all dough. Ordered from doordash and went to eat a couple pieces on my lunch break and it was severely undercooked! Like it was raw dough. Like seriously? Never ordering from here again. Ick.

Did you guys use old dough or pull frozen dough straight out to make this? Did you seriously not proof the dough? Idk what even happened here but this pizza was awful. I used to be a shift leader for Pizza Hut and this location is a mess.

Very lousy customer experience!!! I order a pizza and chicken alfredo on their online site, get told that my pizza will be delivered by 4:45 that day, then it never gets delivered. I call the location at 5:00 to ask why my pizza wasn’t delivered, but the girl who answered the phone HUNG up on me TWICE in a row, and then when I call a third time, I get a computer voice saying that the store is CLOSED, even though the website clearly claims that the location is open for another 3 hours that day. Pizza Hut offers NO food even though your credit card will still be charged the full amount, and their thieving employees will instantly hang up on you when you try calling them to find out why you were charged, but never given any food. This company deserves to go out of business and no one will ever miss them when they’re gone.

This was the worst experience I ever had with a pizza hut. First we wanted to order a salad and they didn’t carry them at this location. Then we are told 45 min for our order and 1 1/2 hours later I called and they said it was picked up and on its way. The pizza hut was 5 min away from our hotel and it took another 20 min. The pizza was over cooked, no sauce on it and was as thin as paper and tasted like cardboard. The cheesy bread was also overcooked and the cheese was brown and crispy. I ordered a 2 liter bottle of 7 up and received 2 20oz bottles of soda. Very unhappy, not to mention the price for this awful food and service was ridiculous.
