Order was messed up. There was hair in the pizza sauce and the boneless wings had no sauce, and tasted like they were burnt and leftover from a week ago! Tried to call store to get it fixed but after sitting on hold for a few mins they just pick up and then hang up the phone w/o even talking to you. Will NEVER patronize ANY PH ever again! And since the bottom is typically a reflection of the top, i’ll go a step further and NEVER again do business with any of the Yum brands’ other stores/products (such as KFC, Taco Bell, Pepsi…)

Never been to this pizza hut and it’s closest to my home. Only one worker bee on staff and she had her act together. She greeted me, told me she would be just a minute, explained she was the only one working. There were 3 orders on the reader board and mine was up first and was just coming out so it was hot and ready. Good service, good food. Amen.

So is this normal, especially in the post-Covid society we live in? Pay attention here folks. I sat in this Pizza Hut for 15 minutes, watched as this employee went from phones to cash register to making pizzas. BUT GET THIS! Here’s living proof that there’s a shortage gloves, and hand soap. Not once did this employee wash his hands in between his objectives. And he was topping off the pizza with his natural skin coated flavor!!! Yum!!!! Not a single glove. Fml, right?

I’m giving a three star (driver was great) but the food was mediocre. Not the Pizza Hut I remember. Pizza was undercooked and still doughy inside. Bread sticks were either over cooked or had been sitting under a warmer because they were hard as a rock. We ordered boneless wings. They were good however, barely and sauce. I should have called the store but I did not.

Would prefer to not leave any stars. Order was 45 minutes late. I called to find out what the issue was and they said it was already delivered. They delivered it to the wrong address and then blamed me for it. The manager was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. That made her even more mad at me and finally agreed to do it.

The person in charge was not very kind to her co worker, and used some foul language. She was also more concerned about fussing about what was going on in her personal life than doing her job. Consequently our pizza took about twice the time it should have.

Tonight ordered 2 large pizzas supreme and pepperoni. The supreme crust looked like someone either took a bite off the crust or ripped off parts of it. Both pizza s hardly had any type of marinara sauce, very dry crust and bland pizza with hardly any sauce

Worst Pizza Hut ever in the state of Utah. In my opinion. bunch of rude people work there, most of them don’t know how to do their jobs correctly. One time I ordered a large custom made pizza they said they were out of most of the toppings when I confronted them they were extremely rude and gave me an attitude right off the bat. Another time I also ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta and when I went to the store and paid a lady said you haven’t paid she was trying to argue with me to make sure that she over charges me twice for no reason. One of the workers there even went outside and hold his fist Next to my car door he made it like he was going to attack me he yelled get back and gave me a dirty look. Don’t ever go here I repeat don’t ever go here these people don’t know how to run a business and not to mention some of their workers don’t even wear gloves

Waited 10 minutes after pickup time for a pizza delivering through door dash. They lied and said pizza was in the oven when I got here. Then I watched them make it. They dropped 2 pans on the ground in the 15 minutes I’ve been here. Do yourself a favor and pick another Pizza Hut! This one is ran terribly. They tried to give me the wrong pizza
