I only go here bc is so close but never had so many problems with any pizza place. Only go there a few times a year Almost always have some issue with my orders. I could understand a minor issue here and there if I go there every week but a few times a year and still get issues on almost every order? Whether is getting the order wrong, taking forever to cook pizza, pizza is not cooked right, major quality control issues with food with consistency. Pic as an example.

i couldn’t recommend this location enough! a couple of months ago i was worried about Gordon Ramsay showing up with a camera crew but it seems like they have a new general manager in charge and a whole new crew working together to get the job done. They definitely earned my business and i will be telling all of my friends & family to stop by this one when they’re in town. I also love the drive-thru option as well.

Like the steady and later hours of this location much better than the State Street location. The Weeknights, night manager is good at her job cares both about the business and the customer. The employees and restaurant are clean cut and professional unlike the State Street location. Like the drive thru option. That’s unique for a Pizza Hut. The pizza wasn’t the greatest. Won’t get the garlic sauce again. They didn’t put pepperoni nor sausage on three slices. But I guess they skimp on complimentary pizzas. Obviously not out to wow repeat customer’s. Though perhaps because not this location that frequent. Would have if pizza had been better. Would try this location again because of the good customer service.

This location is trash. Sent us a pizza and it was left on our doorstep, no one rang the doorbell and we ended up with a frozen pizza. Called the store 7 times before anyone answered and they immediately had an attitude. Told us their driver was in an accident and they are having to use door dash for delivery. Told us we should have received a notification or email. Not their fault was the impression I received from them. If a person doesn’t order through door dash, have door dash, or use door dash, then they wouldn’t receive an email or notification. Wouldn’t resend us a pizza. Time to use a better company.

I placed an order earlier in the day to be delivered at a later time. They gave the order to door dash and it was delivered 45 minutes past my scheduled time and they forgot my chicken wings. I called the store and they said they were out of chicken wings. They never gave me a refund. Do not order from this location!!!

If I could give zero stars I would pizza hut is ridiculous I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered so they delivered it with door dash and what happens they delivered it to the wrong house And when I seen that it was delivered to the wrong house I immediately called Pizza Hut and told them it was delivered to the wrong house if they could remake it and deliver it to the correct address and they didn’t want to remake Seems like they didn’t want to redeliver it the manager had an attitude So when I call customer service and ask for Refund 3 different people kept telling me the same thing they will report to upper management and they should call me and refund within 3 to 5 business days now I haven’t even got a call from them don’t know what’s going to its like pulling teeth trying to get a refund from them so ridiculous I had to dispute the charge with my bank thats the last time I WILL EVER ORDER PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!! I only stick to domino’s way more professional

BEWARE. Merchant will add tip after the fact without your permission. I ordered a pickup order and didn’t tip, a couple days later once it posted to my account, there was a $4 tip added that I did not approve. Called to get to the bottom of it and the person argued with me for 10 minutes saying I added the tip on my end.
