While the window sticker said dining room was open, it wasn’t very inviting. The salad bar was closed and looked like it hadn’t been open in years. The bathroom had some leaking water all over the floor and the table was a tad sticky.

The night of I was disappointed in the pizza. We ordered a meat lovers and a supreme and you can see what we got. The next day I went in to talk to the manager and he didn’t even leave the back to speak with me. Just told his employee that we should’ve complained the same day. I called corporate because clearly they need to set him straight and they gave me two three topping vouchers which I felt was a little skimpy since I’d purchased two specialty pizzas. The short of it is, the Vernal Pizza Hut has a new manager and I’ll never be back (three months ago I enjoyed going there.)

It’s not often that I’m pleasantly surprised by a restaurant, but I was this time! We were a group of 12, including 8 children, visiting from out of town. The staff was wonderful and the food was exactly what we needed. I can’t praise the service enough- we were treated like special guests, even with 8 busy kids.

I love Pizza Hut. Sure it’s a little on the expensive side. I spent 32.00 for a Buffalo Chicken pizza and chicken wings (all soft, no bone) BUT it was fantastic as always & Im having Pizza for breakfast… no going wrong there!!

First, they had no Italian sausage to put on my meat, lovers pizza. And then the guy on the phone offered me a dessert as an apology for not having sausage. But when I get up there to pick up my meal, they charge me for the desert, so yeah thank you Pizza Hut for just adding more to my bill. and still not having sausage.

Ordered on the app ahead of time to save time but when I arrived to pick up my order it wasn’t ready like the app said it was so I waited and waited just to be told it had to be remade so I had it refunded because I was in a rush and no time to wait on poor management.
