Absolute joke. Spent $50 on dinner including 2 orders of the Cinnabon rolls, only to have both orders arrive burnt and with frosting on 1 roll out of 10 in a box. No exaggeration, pictures attached! Tried calling the store 3 times and the system hung up on me each time before ever being able to speak with a live person. Tried calling corp only to be told to call the store.

First and last time going here. Got a melt and it was TERRIBLE. It came out of the oven while I was standing there and it was still bad. Soft, not baked right, no flavor. Super thin, hardly any meat in it. Nobody was in the store, so its not like they were busy, not much going on in the kitchen either. It sucked.

Pizza Hut makes good pizza. Some of the newer places offer better options. But, for the tried-and-true flavors and toppings, this is a great place. I’ve only done takeout here, never delivery. Great staff every time I visit. It’s close to home, that helps.

If I could give it less than one star I would. Everytime I order for delivery they utilize Door Dash who inevitably deliver it to the wrong address. When reaching out to Door Dash about the issue they say we have to change the address in the app which we can’t do because we didn’t place the order through the app. Mind you the address is correctly inputted into Pizza Huts online ordering system so the problem stems from Pizza Hut. Will never purchase pizza from here again.

Ordered a 5 topping large pizza and a large pepperoni and got a gluten free medium one instead. Customer service was terrible and no one was picking up the phone. Had to drive to actual location to fix the order.

Don’t order here. I placed an online delivery order and waited for an hour (placed at 3:21pm and waited until 4:21pm) without any results. Tried to call the store three times and nobody answered. Drove to the store (whilst having a migraine—which was the whole purpose of delivery) to find out. First, the guy at the register was just sitting there doing nothing, so not sure why the phone wasn’t answered. I had to repeat why I was there because he wasn’t actually listening. He called up his coworker who told me that they couldn’t deliver to my address, even though I’ve never had issues with orders being delivered to my home from anywhere else. Not even an apology offered. Definitely not the best experience ever.

The delivery was done by Door Dash. He forgot items, and just shrugged when I inquired. I attempted to call the store, the automated answering service dropped the call after one minute. All four times I called. The customer service website was unhelpful.

I thought Pizza Hut would be “nostalgic” with saucy, cheesy, crispy crust but I was imagining something cos it is bland, blonde crust, little sauce and straight up NO flavor. This is so sad for the cost of nearly $24…. Pizza is easy to love while you make it! Get some love people

This place is a joke. I put in an order to be delivered, around $200. They took my money. And waited until 40 mins before my order was supposed to be delivered to call and tell me they canceled my order without even calling. They “didn’t have the stuff to make ANYTHING in my order.”
