Everytime I call I get the Phillapins WHY? I want a local store. Aftrer 45 min of gettting hung up on when I call the store the manager was such a pin head. Would not let me finish when I was talking. Said she was the General Manager. She was so rude and again would not let me tell my side of my frustration. I will never buy Pizza Hut again due do her stupidness on taking care of a customer!

Ordered 18 wings, 12 were delivered. Tried to call and talk with someone three times, was hung up on without a person picking up the phone. Will never buy from this pizza hut again. Worst customer service ever. They will NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME. By the way, they still had an hour till closing, so there’s no reason that no one answered the phone.

The young lady who took my order and served me today at about 10pm (11/6/2021) made my pizza perfect!!!! Her customer service attitude was great!!! I’ll definitely be ordering more from this location in the future.

My family usually loves Pizza Hut. In the past we’ve used this location quite a bit. We usually use the app to order online and then have it delivered. But the last three times they have royally messed up the order. The last two times we called and had it fixed and they were pretty good about it. But this last time when we called the manager and told him about the issue he just said sorry about that and hung up. We ordered the boneless wings with honey barbecue sauce. When I opened up the order there were boneless wings in there that were dry and maybe only a fourth of a teaspoon of sauce on the bottom. Not even enough sauce to cover one wing. The management has clearly changed over the last little while and this is enough to make it so that we don’t want to go back especially to this location. Save your money and time. Clearly the management doesn’t care enough to try and make things right. Really disappointed since I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and this is by far my favorite pizza.

Food was cold! DoorDash delivered the food and it was cold! Also pizza was made wrong, wrong toppings and very few toppings. Do yourself a favor and stick with what works and this Pizza Hut does not work. Very disappointing, $50 of food in the trash.

Crust was delicious but we only got a whopping 5 mushroom slices on the whole pizza! Any less toppings on this “3 topping pizza” and I’d call it a cheese pizza that they accidentally dropped a few topping on. Delivery driver was nice.
