As someone who’s in marketing (and a foodie), I understand the importance of Google reviews, and I was so sad to see this locations current ratings. I’ve been obsessed with my pan pizzas from Pizza Hut for weeks now. But, tonight, my experience was one worth reviewing. I have a 100 lb silver lab that can’t help but go crazy at any knock at the door, and honestly, it’s embarrassing. But tonight, as my contactless pizza got delivered, there was a dog treat on top of my box. It was the best, and most unexpected, customer service gesture I’ve gotten in a long time. Thank you!

This pizza hut location gives pizza hut itself a bad reputation. I wish I got her name but the woman that picked up the phone was completely unprofessional. I gave this place a second chance because the first time this same lady yelled at me. Ive now come to terms that im going to drive up to the pizza hut near ten mile the customer service is so much better.

I ordered my pizza at 8:58pm and the online quote time for delivery was 25 minutes. It’s been an hour and counting and when I called to ask about my order the employee just says “oh yeah. The quote time is wrong. It’s actually an hour and a half.” What?? Really Pizza Hut? I love the food but this happens way too often. This isn’t the first time and y’all need to fix this reoccurring issue.
