The service was fast and friendly. That is the only good thing about tonight’s order. The breadsticks were so overbaked that they were both hard and chewy. Not exactly sure how they managed that.

Customer service was horrible! The girl with the purple hair was so rude! Customer service sure isn’t what it used to be and that’s sad.

A couple of minutes after ordering delivery online, I got a text saying that door dash was bringing it which I really didn’t care for. I left a tip and that went to the driver luckily, but the pizza took almost an hour to get to me despite them foisting the order off somewhere else. By the time my pizza came it tasted old and was obviously left under a heat lamp. I also ordered extra sauce which was not added and the pizza was dry as a bone. I’m honestly surprised that the order was even correct considering every time I order wings, they’re the wrong flavor.

I have to say I was absolutely surprised and shocked and so overwhelmingly pleased with our visit to this pizza hut. We’re not from the area and inadvertently ordered a pizza which we thought was a pan pizza but was not. They had forgotten to put our order in in the pizza got rushed and really was not up to par and they replaced it for us. The service staff were stupendous! They were kind attentive apologetic that they had forgotten to put our pizza order in and even with that we’re still top-notch. I was happy to have come into dine in and saw that everyone in their establishment was getting equally great service. That’s so nice to see! Thank you for a great visit

We always get our pizza from Pizza Hut and the last one we got a week ago was not very good. We ordered a Supreme hand tossed and there was hardly any toppings on it. Very disappointed and hope our next one is better. Thank you.

I know a few people seemed to have bad experiences, but my experience today wasn’t bad at all. Would recommend if you are looking at something quick to eat that has high quality taste.

I went in yesterday to place an order for an employee going away party. I had a few questions for the supervisor/manager as we only get a 30 minute break. The supervisor/manager was awesome, very attentative and helped me get everything set up for a future (today) delivery. The delivery driver was prompt, very professional and helpful. Great job to management and staff. I really appreciate the help, the professionalism and over great experience. I look forward to doing this again. Thank you!

Lately, our orders have been 100% complete and how it’s supposed to be. The one time that my order was wrong recently, the team took care of the problem and delivered the correct wings and sauces before the pizza even cooled down!
