I wish I can give a review as a corporation because Pizza Hut quality went straight down hill. Pizza taste like 2 month old stale bread. Absolutely no sauce ever. Just disgusting!

Pizza was delivered to the wrong place and had to wait for another order. When we did get it, it looked like it was dropped. The toppings slid off and it was cold and just didn’t taste good anyway. I like the Philly cheese steak pizza from dominoes much better.

Ordered my pizza at 6:37pm. I was told 15-20 minutes. Showed up at 7pm in the drive thru. I was told my bread stick were almost ready it would be a couple of minutes. I pull out front and at 7:25pm had to go inside to get my order because they had forgotten I was there. If you’re at the drive thru, wait there or just go inside. You won’t get it otherwise.

The pizza and pasta was hot on delivery. The delivery person was very friendly and was even friendly when he had to come back to our house with the rest of the order. The part of the order that was missed the first time, still arrived at our house hot.

We order pizza hut because of the convenience of the drive up window. But lately the order is never ready remotely close to the expected time. Today my order said it would be ready in 15 minutes go there not ready More like 50 minutes

Ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with light sauce and cheese sticks. Issues with using my card, had to input the information 6 times. The delivery drive came to the house and had to wait about 30 seconds because the text option didnt text until after the driver left the house. So he had an attitude for having to do his job and not knowing how to use the doorbell.

The girl at the window tonight has a serious bad attitude. Food was good but her service was s*it . Do better or get out of the hospitality industry. Can’t even say hello when you pull up to the window then rolls eyes when she forgets parts of the order .

It was actually shocking how bad the customer service was this evening at Pizza Hut. From the moment the woman answered the phone, she was abrasive and seemed annoyed to be doing her job. I simply don’t understand why people in Cheyenne continue to treat customers like this. This is one of the many reasons people from Cheyenne go to Fort Collins to spend their hard earned money.
