This place is horrible got my pizza delivered by a Uber driver not even a pizza hut employee pizza was cold not hot or delivered in a pizza warming bag the pizza itself wasn’t even right it says extra pepperoni but I got 15 pieces I would recommend little Caesars if ur in the area because you get the same thing there without the disappointments

I ordered online and had my pizza scheduled for 8:45pm I was given the option to pay at the counter when I got there. That what I needed to do beings I didn’t have enough funds on my credit card. I get to pizza hut off bonforte and go to pay the guy tell me he can do it this one time and that’s it. So I paid CASH FOR MY ORDER then he tells me it will be 15 to 20 minutes for my order that I ordered at 8pm to be ready at 8:45. He tells me it’s becausei orders a large order that was only 2 pizzas and cheesesticks that they couldn’t make it until i arrived at the store. This is unheard of and i will make sure i pay closr attention to who is working vause its not always the same. I work in fofood industry and this is not how i treat my guest. So I ordered a $14.99 got charged $25.37 I didn’t tip nobody or authorize the tip but they did take $3 off my card made my debit card over draft I called and told Ren at the store and he told me there was nothing he could do about the situation I even have the receipt. Whatever you do don’t use no credit cards or debit cards at this store you will get ripped off. FACTS
