okay so they were out of the pan pizza, which definitely affected the quality of their pizza overall. With that said, I haven’t had pizza hut in a long time, and they sure have changed their ingredients from the last time I ate here. The pizza was overall edible and not worth calling to complain about, but it was dry, even the meats were dry which I find very odd. The pizza was delivered hot and seemed fresh enough all things considered. I’d give them another shot with a pan pizza though.

We had Pizza Hut once a year ago and thought it tasted terrible and fake. Gave it a shot again last night and nobody in the house could eat more than a slice. It just doesn’t taste like real food and we all ended up with the Taco Bell stomach from just one slice of pizza…

Can Can
Tried to place an order online last night and it was for cash. Well about 2 min after I placed the I received a call from them that my order will not be completed unless I provide my card info as they are cashless now. Normally this wouldn’t be a huge problem but my card was stolen a few day before so I only had cash on me since my new card hasn’t arrived yet. So basically I ended up calling some where else. So if your paying with cash, be prepared to be turned away.

98% of the time I have no issues with this location. There was an incident one time a driver was careless and our pizza was delivered as practically a taco because they dropped it or was drifting in their car on the way to my house. Apart from the high cost of delivery and a malfunctioning app, both which take away from the experience and of course not the fault of the local pizza hut store – this place has always had my carry out pizza ready in a reasonable time AND with good quality. There have been times the app has messed up and the store has reconciled it for us, thankfully. The app has malfunctioned and straight up stole money from us before and customer service did absolutely nothing to fix it. Pizza Hut, take note, your app is stealing funds from people and we don’t want returns in Pizza Hut products as the cash should have never transferred to your accounts.

First of all I don’t appreciate the employees at all I ordered my pizza online 20 minutes prior to showing up I got there when the app said my pizza was ready I went inside to pay they told me it’ll be a few minutes so I waited about five minutes before I asked again and they told me they lost receipt They come back again and tell me it’s gonna be five more minutes after I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for my pizza to be ready didn’t receive my food till 20 minutes after they said it was gonna be ready, and the Specialty pizza was not warm but the pepperoni pizza was does not make any senseif the employees weren’t so simple A simple order would not have been so hard and then you want me to wait around for my pizza in this dusty lobby I will continue to make that extra drive to the next location

Poor choice haven’t eaten pizza hut in years because always a horrible experience. Ordered extra pepperoni pizza had 2 per slice. Barely had any pineapple on the other pizza over loaded with sauce on both. The boneless wings where the crumbs in the end of the bag. Only had 7 all together there where 2 that where normal size other pieces where the size of a nickel. Workers just seemed like they didn’t care about there job to prepare food this way for people.

What a mess of a pizza. Called 3 times and was sent to a automated robot. Whole process took around a hour and never spoke to a real person. Also a piece of hair which I thought too long for my cat and turned to be human hair I don’t know Pizza Hut was my favorite place as a child but no more like papa johns for me…
