I ate from this Pizza Hut for the first time today. My order was ready when I got there, the staff heard me enter and attended to me within a minute (not super friendly, but not rude, either), and the order was correct and warm. No complaints.

Sadly, Pizza Hut has let me down! We order from Pizza Hut (the one in Falcon, CO) for the first time in almost a year…because of the last order! We were very disappointed in our order tonight! Our order was not complicated, we only asked for extra sauce, but the pizza was so dry the roof of my mouth is now cut up…so very sad. I have LOVED Pizza Hut since I was a teenager, I am now in my late 50s. I ordered from Dominos last week and it was just liked we asked…sorry Pizza Hut you are on the road to closure. I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money! Next time Dominoes will win, the coin toss…

DO NOT go to the Pizza hut in Falcon, they took my order, web site said they were not delivering, I assumed due to weather. I decided to pick up. I place my order, jumped into my truck and by the time I got there, there was no one in the store, door was locked and no one answering the phone. Now I have to fight to get my money back.

Sadly… Falcon doesn’t have many food options. With that, I’ve been buying pizzas here for over 10 years. The kids love it. I hate picking it up. The carry out staff has been nonchalant and rude 99% of the time. When you enter, a bell rings loudly in the back of the kitchen. I often hear employees on th phone taking orders or chit chat but they never acknowledge my presence. I see my pizza in the warming rack waiting for my pick up, and have to wait 8-10 minutes every time to even be spoken too. Can’t wait for the kids to be old enough to buy their “favorite” pizza so they can endure the lack of care or customer service….

If I could zero stars it would still be too good of a rating. Pizza was barely warm, crust was like the cardboard it was delivered on. I can honestly say that this was the worst pizza I have had in my 50+ years. Do yourself a favor and just a frozen pizza

We order justmeat on the pizza but the staff covered it with a ton of spice which ruined the taste. It was the 1st time ever I didn”t finish a pizza but threw it away. The staff may be new hires but they should have been trained or supervised better.

Due to ordering extra ingredients on a medium pizza, it was really good. Normally the ingredients are quite skimpy. However, almost $30 for a medium pizza with 3 extra ingredients is a bit extravagant.
