We ended up here because the place we wanted to go, in Downtown Golden, had a lengthy wait and we were really hungry. Pretty typical of the Pizza Hut experience, you either like their pizza or you don’t. We had the Taco Pizza and liked it. The salad bar could use more options, but everything was fresh. The place was clean, and our server was friendly and attentive. Overall, a good dining experience.

Time and time again they make the best pizza hut pizza. I actually don’t eat pizza hut anymore because they can’t make good pizza, like literally ANYWHERE. Except here. So when ever I go to visit my mom in golden, i make sure to order some from this store. Quality control has gone out the window at all pizza hut locations. Golden will be the last pizza hut one day if this trend continues.

Service is great, food is great. The soda fountain isn’t working at the moment, that’s fine, but the toilet in the men’s restroom doesn’t flush all the way and the hand soap is either empty or not working—I’m going with the latter since it doesn’t make a noise when I put my hand under it. The bacterial hand sanitizer works though.

Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order online that never arrived at my location. I called and spoke to the manager where I was told there was nothing she could do. Would not offer a refund or even remake the pizza and redeliver it. I am grateful for my bank as they disputed the charge and I was not charged for this order. I will never be ordering from this location again. Worst customer service.

Horrible place and horrible manager. I placed a $50 order and it was accidentally put up for pick up so I called in. They gave all of my food away to the homeless which I am glad that the homeless got fed but they were not willing to help me at all, I am stuck at home with Covid and the manager was absolutely no help

Stopped on a whim and a craving for Pizza Hut, it’s been years. Restaurant was clean , food was fantastic and the staff was nice. Will be back.

I ordered pizza here last evening. When it came it had mushrooms on it which im allergic to. I called the manager that basically kept insisting it was my fault. She rudely agreed to send a new pizza out but only if I exchanged the old pizza sitting in my house! I agreed and received a new pizza. When I opened the box it was like a funny joke they had played, it clearly had the wrong crust that was thin, burnt, smelt like fish and perfume. I called the manager back and stated I wanted a refund for all the inconvenience and condition of the food. She began laughing at me and refused to give me a refund, or a phone number to a customer service representative as well as refusing to give me a number to corporate. She stated no one would believe anything that had transpired and began laughing at me. She dismissed all of my complaints and hung up on me. As well of the fact that the delivery person threw my pizza on the ground, picked up the old pizza that was already in my house which by the way we are positive for covid, and placed it in his clean delivery bag. They purposely sent out pizza with the wrong toppings and crust, there was hair in my pizza as well. I saved the pizza because I plan on making a report. I feel they were trying to give my kids and I food they had obviously tampered with. Throughout the day and several representatives later I have found a way to contact corporate and plan on filling a report against her and the delivery guy. They should not be able to treat paying customers like garbage nor serve garbage. The only solution she offered me was a phone number for a secretary haha. Please dont trust these people they are terrible and I feel they were trying to feed us something to harm us and am afraid they will do it to the next customer. Its scary because all I asked for was for a pizza that didn’t contain mushrooms and they acted like upset children with a vengeance.
