Seriously…place is a joke, horrible management, horrible quality. We give em second, third and fourth chances because it’s close and convenient but they always disappoint. Staff don’t give af. It’s unfortunate, ran my business like this we’d be broke a long time ago. We didn’t receive our pizza but the reason for 5 stars is becasue of our delivery drivers coustmer service over the phone, he accidentally went to the wrong address and on his way to our address he got a flat tire, we asked if canceling our order would make him lose money and he said ” Its not about the money I make, it’s about how satisfied you are as the customer getting your pizza” and I just felt he was very genuine and we weren’t able to tip him so we decided to give him a good review. Going to be avoiding this Pizza Hut. Ordered two meaty marinaras pans w breadsticks. No dipping sauce but that’s okay. The problem was that my pans were not even full and all the sides and edges were inedible because the pasta was dry, hard and burnt.

Zero stars. This location makes Papa Johns look like a God. They Only had ONE worker who was the cook and the cashier. An order of 2 small pizzas and six wings takes most pizza shops about 15-20 minutes. This location took an hour due to 1 person on the clock. NEVER seen sonething like this at a restaurant before. Bad management at this location. Its summer time and kids are out of school. How you cant can’t hire more people to work?! Not coming back to this location again. Whoever is reading, Do yourself a favor and just buy a frozen pizza from walmart and throw it in the oven.
