2nd time ordering this thru DD and again, No chicken in the pasta. And i never get my extra marinara sauces so with the pasta you get bread sticks and 1 sauce. I also ordered cheese sticks and that comes with 1 sauce. And there was 1 extra which is 3. I ordered 3 extra sauces. Not 3 sauces total. And im complaining cuz you charge $0.90 per extra sauce. I should have gotten 5 sauces total. Done with pizza delivery. Ill just go get it myself so I can make sure i get my sauces… Geesh yall.

Beyond Sausage is so tasty! Love it more than than regular and finally a pizza my vegetarian wife and I can share and enjoy equally.PLEASE PLEASE don’t stop serving this option. This specific pizza hut has always had our orders right and been very consistent. Customer service is better than expected as are the pizzas. Keep up the great work and KEEP that amazing beyond sausage option avaliable!

Got wrong size pizza. I ordered large and was delivered medium. Also, the pizza came in cold, delivery was fast so it makes me think that they gave me pizza that was prepared before. Disappointed:(

Had boneless buffalo wings last night and I got MAJOR food poisoning throwing up and other abuses of the toilet all night. Will never order from them again as it is plain food safety is not a concern for them.

First, after submitting my order, I received a text message saying my order would be delivered by door dash. I didn’t order through door dash and never approved this. Second, my order was incorrect. I told the driver some of my food was missing and he said “I don’t know” and walked away. I called the store to let them know some of our food was missing. I asked that it be delivered. The individual who answered the phone said they would deliver the missing food. It was never delivered.

We placed an order for delivery at 8:40pm and it said it would arrive by 9:10. Email confirmation and everything. It was 9:45 and it still hadn’t arrived so we gave them a call and they stated it was for carry out when I clearly have an email that it is set for delivery AND I paid the delivery fee and gave a 20% tip for the delivery driver. I told the rep I wanted a refund on the delivery fee and tip I had left and that we would go pick up. We go pick up and they see our order under my name, BUT NO FOOD AVAILABLE. They were about to give excuses but how do you say it’s for pick up and I called to confirm when I PLACED it too that the toppings were correct so HOW is our order not even ready upon arrival MORE THAN AN HOUR after it was placed??? Ridiculous.
