Each time I’ve ordered from this location I request EXTRA sauce because the pizza is dry. And each time I received my pizza it is still lacking sauce, I am over requesting something that does not get done, how hard is it to put some sauce on a pizza.

The staff does a good job here; there are never any problems with my order. Farther up the corporate pole, however, something is wrong at Pizza Hut. The delivery fee does not go to the delivery driver – and in fact does nothing to help in the case of a delivery order anyway, and is just an extra way to gouge the customer for money. This needs to go away.

Pizzas are often mostly bubbled up. Every time we order they have to remake something. Pick up takes 30-45 minutes instead of the quoted 15 because they have to remake mistakes like breadsticks bubbling up so much they get stuck on the oven and burn or they drop wings on the floor.
