The food is good. I got the big dinner box. They should really time their delivery order correct. I got my pizza about 15 minutes later with the delivery person bragging and complaining about how she does not like how big the box is and how she doesn’t understand why they put it like that. Like what? Well isn’t it your job hun?

Takes over 2 hours to get food delivered from here and its cold. You’re better off going to the grocery store and grabbing a frozen pizza for much cheaper. Finally got my order after waiting 2 hours and then going to the grocery store and it actually tastes DISGUSTING! Pizza hut quality is in the gutter

This was the worst experience I’ve had at pizza hut. I originally placed an online order and after an hour of waiting for delivery, I called to check in and get an ETA for my delivery as it was getting late. I was told that it would take another hour and a half to get the food delivered. I live 6 minutes away from pizza hut so instead of waiting another hour and a half I told the manager that I’d come and pick up my order.

2/25/22-When I go to pizza hut I expect to pay high prices when compared to other places, but my mom wanted to try their new spicy pizza. I normally go to Dominos because they are the best value for fast food pizza. The woman ahead of me in line actually told them to cancel her order and got mad at them when they told her they no longer had in store specials and all specials were just online.

It took nearly an hour and a half to get my pizzas. They were cold and the crust was chewy and greasy, the pan pizza crust was disgusting because of the cold delivery. I didn’t enjoy them. Im still waiting for my refund. The store wouldn’t answer my calls after I checked in about my order 30 minutes prior to my order getting delivered. It was already at the hour mark. They would not answer after I got it. I called 3 times and each time I was on hold for atleast 5 minutes before hanging up.

ATTENTION: Store Owner. This is 1 of the worst Pizza Huts. They can’t make a quality Pizza. I almost think it’s on purpose. I’m not going to go in to detail. Just saying Store Owner, you need a new staff specifically Pizza Maker

So this is how my daughter’s pizza was delivered. All she wanted was her tip back. This was a Pizza Hut delivery driver. She lives close by. Maybe half a mile. Guess I won’t be going to this Pizza Hut.
