So the meal was hot, staff friendly BUT OMG the quality of the meal is why we gave 1 star. Used to order family pasta meal with great portions, now has measly portions about maybe 2/3 of previous pre-Covid meal, rubbery penne pasta which was the majority of the dish. Both pasta dishes were dry due to the lack of pasta sauce. We tried the new veggie pasta, excited about a healthy vegetable dish! To our great surprise it had a few slivers of onion, green pepper and a couple black olives. The meat lovers pasta had about maybe 6 or 7 sausages pieces and 4 or 5 pepperoni slices. Bread sticks still good but now have to pay extra for a TINY container of marinara sauce definitely 1/2 the size of the previous container. How disappointing. We used to LOVE their pasta. We will NEVER order their pasta again. Shame on you Pizza Hut.

So bad.. spent like 45 dlls ordering the new York pizza it looked so bad with literally like 10 mini pepperonis scattered the dough was so dry and without sauce.. the worst pizza I’ve had in years.. Also ordered a specialty and all toppings were raw plus sauce looked so dark and dry.. they should do all pies like if they were going to eat them..

First time ordering home delivery from Pizza Hut. The delivery timing and the pizza was just as ordered. There is one negative comment. There was no pepper and no parmesan cheese included in the delivery. Next time ask the customer if these items are needed. I understand all businesses are trying to cut down on cost and avoid giving items by default (napkins, etc.), but the small acts like asking customers what is lacking, will grow the business or keep it afloat. Which side of the business wall is best position to be in?

Every time we order Pizza from this location the service has always been great. The delivery of the Pizza arrival is always on time or arrives a little before the estimated time. I always have a wonderful experience ordering from Pizza Hut. My food is delivered on time hot and fresh.. The delivery person is always nice courteous and make sure that we have everything we order and is very friendly and kind. This last time when the delivery person came to the door he was on his cellphone on a personal call he did not say Hi he did not make sure we had our order and he did not say bye he just took everything out of the bag gave it to me and walked away I thought that was very uncourteous. Needless to say I have never had an experience like this For in the many years that I have been ordering from Pizza Hut. I will continue to order and I hope this does not happen again
