Ordered for delivery and a pepperoni lover’s pizza that can be hardly called pepperoni lover’s pizza. Pizza Hut is not cheap either. I called the Pizza Hut line various times and was rerouted, placed on hold and hung up on—after an hr I still wasn’t able to get in contact with the store to get the order fixed. Ridiculous experience.

No people nor online orders, still took a lot of time. Showed only the liter bottled sodas, when I wanted a soda, happened to have seen the 12 oz. drinks. Got the 12 Oz. one. Tried to upscale me. As if it’s their money, hellooo, money goes to the franchise.

Ordered pizza and drink online only received my food no drink. Contacted Pizza Hut and their “manager” stated they do not have drivers and that they used door dash to deliver the order and that it would take 30-40 minutes to have them ready deliver the drink only. All the while we will have cold pizza by the time the driver shows back up. We are SICK and ordered online contactless delivery so not the get anyone sick or make us have to get out while being sick! Manager states she will refund the 5$ delivery fee. But not the tip nor the actual drink itself! What should have been done is the entire order be remade and sent out completely or fully refunded. I contacted door dash and since was ordered thru Pizza Hut they can’t do anything. DO NOT ORDER THRU PIZZA HIT WEBSITE IF YOUR USING DELIVERY MIGHT AS WELL GO THRU DOORDASH SO THAT YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT RIGHT! I’m contacting corporate because this is unacceptable!

They don’t offer delivery unless it’s with DoorDash or Uber as well they also take one hour to deliver your pizza. Today we ordered one pizza and was extremely burnt, dry, and no taste. I keep thinking next delivery will be better but just keeps getting worse

I don’t come here often, but when I do come – between 6 and 7 pm – it’s usually empty. Not a fan of their pizza, but love the pasta bakes they have. Give those a try the next time you are at any Pizza Hut.
