Not very good customer service. Went in and watched two employees working, making pizzas and such. Neither of them said anything to me but they knew I was waiting to be helped. I waited patiently but when the gentlemen went to walk back into the office I asked if I could be helped. He basically said it wasn’t his job and said I should probably ask “her” as he pointed to someone sitting at a booth working on paperwork. Not sure how I was supposed to know to ask her. That lady never even looked up at me. The other lady working the back finally came and gave me my online order. She said the lady was writing a letter to management. I got home to find my crust was flat and it had not been cut into slices as they usually are. I think this bad customer is more common amongst the younger generation but these people were older.

It could not have been any worse. I spent $168.00 on pizza and the pizzas were just thrown together and cut ridiculously. Look at the pics. Holes in pizzas and slices cut so big that they were bigger than the plate.

Could give no stars if I could. Waited over an hour and a half for delivery order, once we realized that the status of our order hadn’t changed I called the store. We were told there was no delivery driver and we would have to pick up our order ourselves. Our pizza had been ready over 30 minutes and we had no call from the store to inform us! We had already been at two hours at this point and wanted to eat, so we sent our friend for pick up. No discount no “sorry for the inconvenience” just a bunch of ignorant workers and manager was no help also!! DON’T RECOMMEND

Placed an order at 7:22 for carry out. Said 25 minutes. Okay great. Got here with 5 minutes left. They hadn’t even placed it in the oven because they were so backed up. It’s now 8:17, half of my order is ready and of course they forgot something. The manager and lady at the front were nice about it though so that’s a plus

Worst location with people who just don’t care at all. Last 2 orders were wrong, this time they didn’t bother to deliver it. 1/4 mile away, 1 pizza and they can’t manage to deliver it. Called after an hour past the delivery time and they said 30 more min. After almost 3 hrs I called for a refund and the guy acted like it was my problem.

Worst experience for a Pizza Hut. Took 1 1/2 hours to get our pizza delivered to us. Called and spoke to a lady and she said the pizza was out for delivery. 30 minutes later the pizza was delivered and I’m only 10 minutes from the location. When I called about the wait I was hung up on twice. They even transferred my call to customer service who cut my conversation short. When I asked to speak to a manager even after my pizza was delivered I was on hold for an additional 20 minutes and never spoke to a manager. Very poor customer service.

Honestly I don’t like having to use a review app for this but they haven’t answered my calls nor do I wish to spend another 30 minutes waiting for anyone to answer. I had a simple order; medium pepperoni pizza & order breadsticks. What I received was a dried out pizza with NO sauce, even the crust was dried out and bland. I have no words for the breadsticks, no clue not even close to edible. We eat here at least a couple of times a week (love the food normally) but the last 3 times terrible. Last night not even edible. So disappointed someone let it leave the store looking like that.

The online ordering process was easy and I was completely satisfied. I am disappointed in that, I was able to receive notification that my order was being prepared and the time the order would be ready for pickup. When we arrived according to that information, we learned that “the store” had not even placed our order in the oven because “they didn’t understand” what we ordered despite it being in the system. This caused a waste of nearly half an hour of our time waiting for the order to be produced and baked.
