I love this place to go and eat pizza with my family, most of the time it’s 10/10 service and quality, however some locations’ staff arent the best. Overall I’m very pleased with pizza hut and they’re chocolate chip cookie pizza is to die for.

Placed an order for delivery and everything seemed fine , I got a call about 30 mins later saying they can’t deliver because something was wrong with the system. Card was already processed it shouldn’t have been a problem. Because of that they said I could pick it up instead, or get a refund. It seemed to me that they were more worried about closing than customer service.

Staff was more concerned with the game on tv than helping a customer. Was ignored by 4 employees at the counter till I said something to one of them. Food wasn’t hot and was under cooked. This was a carry out order and was picked up 15 min after order was placed. Don’t waste your money here.
