Veggie Pizza for hubby was awesome, just need to chop the veggies more. The slices were HUGE!! My 9 yo loved the pepperoni melt. It did look good. Scheduled a pick up. It was fresh and right out the oven. Will be returning.

We ordered the big box with 2 pizzas, wings and cheese sticks. I remove all the meat from our supreme pizza but ask for extra bell peppers onions and mushrooms, it goes from 24.99 to 35.99. For veggies? With no meat? Also these were the cheese sticks we received. My special 24.99 box turned out to be 48 with the tip.

I just walked in to place a order and I witness her making a pizza with absolutely no gloves on. I took these pictures and walked back out the door. The health department need to heavily fine her and pizza hut

Almost paid sixty dollars for three large pizzas and the order was wrong. The man who took my order over phone was very unprofessional and made me feel like I was bothering him. I ordered thin crust pizza and I got original crust. He sounded like he barely knew English and just ordered whatever he wanted in my behalf. When I got there, there was no greeting from the people working there who could see me and another person standing there at the cash register and, who by the way, had to keep reaching down and pulling their pants up because they were sagging while wearing gloves and continuing to make pizza. It took about five or ten minutes for someone to come from the back and actually attend to us and even that person made me feel as though I was bothering her. I didn’t bother to check the pizza after she handed them to me and when I got home I was not happy with the order and decided to just eat it so as not to have to deal with these people again which I never will, only to find that even the pizza tasted like buttered bread with cheese on it, hardly any sauce and had told the man who took my order that I wanted plenty of sauce. Pizza hut used to be the industry standard and the pizza that I enjoyed as a child. Not only is the service horrible but so is the food, at least at this store it is. I do not recommend that anyone buy from this store, they have no pride in their food or their service.

I ordered a pizza with a special request and it was made COMPLETELY WRONG! The receipt taped to the box handed to me showed the correct way I wanted it. When I tried to call the message I heard was the store was closed. It wasn’t. And there’s no way they just handed me the wrong box. They were so dead the employees were just standing around talking.

Terrible experience. I ordered pizzas for my family and they never showed up. I had to go up to the store to actually get ahold of somebody who could speak English. The manager wasn’t a pleasure to deal with, so I got my money back and did what I should have done from the beginning – call Domino’s.

Probably the best pizza I’ve ever gotten from any pizza hut in the Permian Basin. They had my order to go and even after driving home the pizza was not and the wings were still juicy. Will be ordering from here from now on.

Everything was under baked. The pizza I was able to stick in the oven and finish cooking. The Cinnabon minis were under baked and did not come with any icing. I kept trying to call to speak with someone and they kept putting me on hold and hanging up. Very disappointed!!!

It took 2 hours for the pizza and pasta to arrive. When it did arrive both were cold and the pasta had a hair baked into the cheese. When I called the store, I was on hold for 30 minutes without ever talking to a human. I called the customer service line and they were no help either.
