I just picked up this XL Big New Yorker, and I was shocked when I opened the box, and it’s burnt. I’m in my feelings, and I’m tired and don’t feel like calling to complain. So I decided to post this review because they knew when they handed it to me, it was burnt. Thinking back, maybe that’s why they no longer show the pizza to you upon pickup. Well, my teenage son is going to eat it regardless of the look, that’s why two slices are already gone. Thank God it’s Friday

I don’t except a ton whenever I order Pizza Hut. Generally, just expect plain ole’ pizza that tastes like average. Sometimes I get surprised in a positive way, this time it was far from positive.

food was good! disappointed with the delivery service. this is the second time in a row that they have not listened to my delivery instructions. the first time, i selected no contact and they knocked at my door for 5 minutes until i answered. this time, i asked for them to leave it and specially asked for them NOT to knock (it gets my dog riled up) and they knocked super loudly anyway.
