been through this before, they don’t put bbq sauce on what’s supposed to be a bbq chicken pizza. they did put a ramekin of bbq to dip the cheesy bread in though. guess it’s their take on a deconstructed bbq chicken pizza

They got my pizza wrong wanted ham and pineapple only got ham and also ordered a three topping bacon Italian sausage and pork sausage they put barely any cheese on it i found one piece that looked like it had one piece of cheese on it and then when I tried to call them no one answered so I took my pizzas up there and receipt and at first they didn’t Wana do anything about it and then they told me the reason it looked like no cheese was on it is cause they put the cheese on the bottom which they do cause I used to work at a pizza hut but that was no reason to have almost no cheese and finally when I got them to remake it I was sitting there waiting for it to cook the phone just kept ringing and no one was answering it. It rang for the whole my pizza was in the oven they did offer me a drink while I waited that was about the only positive thing I got out of the whole experience will not order from here again

At 1st I was not going to order because it was hard getting in through on their phone service.I then proceeded to order online which I was successful placing an order. I ordered online and I kid you not I had my order knocking at my door 15 minutes later!! Never had a pizza delivered that fast plus it was fresh and hot!! You just want the quality of the food you order to be correct I genuinely appreciate my order being quick,hot,and fresh thanks guy’s ☺️☺️

My boyfriend and I placed our order at 11:07 while heading to your location because we were aware that it would close in an hour. Once I went in the two employees walked to the back. One came back up to turn off a fryer and proceeded back to the back of the building. I sent my boyfriend in and they proceeded to do the same thing. He has been in the a while along with two other customers and not one employee has come to the front counter. I get it is late and close to closing but still customer service is something you should have no matter what.

This is the second time that they have ruined my meal. I live exactly 1.3 miles from their location. I received a text saying that my order was out for delivery, 45 minutes later it arrived cold and apparently flipped over to the point where the sauce was on the top side of the box. The pictures show how it arrived. The box appears to have been dropped and it’s apparent by the creases on top of the box and the seal tag was unsealed. I am Certain they will not apologize or do anything about it. The last time they had my order take forever to get to me they promised a free Pizza next time, well that never happened either. I suppose I will take my business elsewhere since they don’t give a Hoot about doing the Right thing! I’ve submitted pictures to prove my point.

Ordered online 40 minutes ago. Went and took a shower. Decided to track my order. It showed it will be delivered in about 2 hours. Called in and was told, that piece of info was correct. So tired of being let down by any Pizza Hut.

Worst Pizza Hut in town.. placed a online order and pizza was delivered over a hour later by door dash. I don’t trust door dash so I asked to have my order replaced and then it took 2 hours to receive.. now 3 hours later the pizza still not fresh or as expected. Manager gave me credit for my next order but after 3 attempts to deal with this store I have given up on this location. A week later I tried to redeem a 40$ store credit just to have the same thing happen AGAIN! This is truly my last time dealing with this place

We went there to pick up a pizza and while I was waiting inside, I observed workers on their phones and drinking their canned drinks and then go back to touching food without washing their hands. It definitely was unsanitary. I can guarantee that they don’t sanitize their phones before their shift.

I try to use a coupon that I got in the mail in they said I couldn’t use it at that store on 98th Indiana that I had go to the Pizza hut on 115th street but the coupon doesn’t say that at all very disspointing on customer service if I could give them negative star I would Dominio pizza is better
