Updated 2/28: last couple orders we have received have been incorrect. This last order they forgot half the pepperoni and the supreme pizza was severely undercooked. Probably won’t order from here for a while if at all.

Overall experience was positive. Pizza and wings both tasted good and delivery was earlier than expected. Was not pleased with the Big New Yorker and its supposed ‘double pepperoni’, 3 or 4 pieces per slice is not my definition of double. Actual pizza was nothing like what is advertised.

I was cheated. One of the pizzas I ordered (and paid for) was supposed to be a “Pepperoni Lovers.” After picking pizzas up at drive-through and taking them home, I discovered that my “Pepperoni Lovers” pizza was just a regular pepperoni. Recommend avoiding this particular Pizza Hut outlet.

Worst Pizza Hut ever! I love Pizza Hut and this place has the worst service including the management! Ordered $60 worth of food and got it super late! Not to mention the order was completely wrong! I called in to get it replaced and the guy said there was no manager and couldn’t do anything! After I explained we aren’t even from in town he basically told me he was super backed up! Totally unprofessional when I told him I’d be calling corporate he said yeah tell them you spoke with John the manager! When from the beginning of the conversation he said there was no manager around. I won’t be ordering Pizza Hut for a good while! DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!… ordered pepperoni pizzas and got cold burnt cheese pizzas!

I placed an order on the app. I noticed it would be ready in 14min… I would not be able to pick it up for 35 min… I called the store 8 times and the customer service at least 8 times and they hung up on me 3 times and never returned to line and of the time other 5 times.. I wanted to ask to hold off on making my pizza.. that’s all.. I feel that their customer service is below par. Went to pick up pizza that sat under a light for at least 20 min or longer.. lady at window says to busy to answer phone.. very unprofessional and did not apologize. She did not act or show concern.. Disappointment is my outcome along with overcooked pizza…one of the worst customer service I have experienced in my 50 years!!!
