Usually there friendly but not today I just ordered my pizza with a rude lady who said would help me save money then ended up saying it was over 21 dollars then hanging up in my face didn’t give me a chance to give her my card info when I was done trying to settle my kids down so she could hear me sorry for being a single mother trying to order food for the kids!!!! Absolutely best pizza I’ve had in forever! Amazing friendly staff. Young man at the front counter was very friendly and very respectful calling me sir (even tho that makes me feel old as hell) great to see young kids still have respect for people! Their was a manger I believe her name was Hanna came to double check on to see what I was waiting for and was very apologetic for my order taking so long. ( it only took like 18 mins for my food) most definitely will be returning for the great food and great service

I was at work, about 3 miles up the street and I wanted to have some food delivered for myself and a couple of coworkers. I sat on hold for over 9 minutes and got tired of waiting so I just hung up. Ended up calling Labella‘s pizza and they answered the phone right away, and I also had my food in 35 minutes. Pizza Hut is not the only place in town when it comes to Pizza!!

NE 24th location has the nastiest chicken. It was not only tough but cold. Almost as if it was just dipped in fryer. Wasn’t even close to being done. This has happened twice. We will not use this o e again. One off I-40 on Grand is ALWAYS spot on with the friendliest staff…
