Just want to say my experience here today 12-15-2022 for lunch the pizza gets a 5 ⭐️ I’ve been to a lot of pizza huts most is horrible. Between this place here and Sidney Nebraska I have to say they got it figured out. I raised the pizza to look at bottom bam it’s not burnt. That is such a huge plus plus the service is friendly the store was clean. Didn’t smell like a bathroom like some Ive been in. So my overall experience here is great. Good job guys you can bake a pizza with out burning it up!!! 5 ⭐️

I don’t know why I keep going back to this Pizza Hut in Hereford, guess hoping. The pizza’s are never cooked correctly, they put correct tops on my pizza’s,but don’t know if the employee’s aren’t trained right on make them or what,I know service sucks and always have to wait,even when they are not busy,don’t have any good deal like other Pizza Huts and when you call to ask anything it’s like your bothering them and they don’t want to do their job, just there for the pay check. I guess if I want Pizza again, I’m going somewhere else in Hereford, or drive to the next town. Hereford Pizza Hut has lost my business, but they probably don’t care. If they get someone that cares I might try again. Thank you

First off as soon as my husband and I go in the hostess told us to go have a sit. 10 minutes later another party shows and automatically get their menus and they order their drinks. Finally another server comes by and ask if we say ourselves or did someone ask us to sit which we told her to we was told to sit. We finish our meal and asked for a to go box we was ignored and had to go up to get it while the party next to us was given a box as soon as they asked. Then we finally get a menu we order the food should have come to 42.38 with tax by the menu prices.we was given. What we was charged was 52.85 and was told the menu she gaves us was way off the actual prices. Overall rude and over prices. Not to mention false advertising.

Honestly 1 star is 1 too many. But it wouldn’t let me give negative stars. Hostess/waitress really didn’t want to be there any more than I did. Did not have any tea. Did not have any soft drinks other than bottles. The only bottles they had were Pepsi and starry. Also I was the only customer they had a noon. I wonder why.! Is this what all pizza huts are like or just the Hereford Texas location?

Very bad experience here.. breadsticks came back very cold, when we asked for new ones they brought back a burnt batch 30 minutes later. Had some questions about bill, the manager was very rude with uncalled for comments. And employees were parked in the handicapped parking spots.

Ordered online. Then called. No silverware sent, charged for ranch, no ranch, kids running the place! Rediculous! When you drive a truck and at a hotel, I guess you’re supposed to carry utensils with you all the time! Never again

I’m a truck driver so I’m not a native of the area. I go in to order me some wings and pasta . As I go to the counter to get my food I noticed that I didn’t have any ranch for my wings so I asked the man that gave me my food could I have a ranch for my Wings. As he brings the ranch to my and I reach for it he tells me that it will be $0.90 for the ranch ok no big deal but I thought that I would get one ranch for free he then gets ugly and rude saying no all dipping sauce would be an additional charge. Never have I had to pay for my first dipping sauce. Who eats wings without dipping sauce , no me but I don’t think the guy likes his Job very much . The wings was good and the pasta was ok just wanted to rant about being charged for 1 ranch even tho I never had one.

I would never order pizza from this place. I had ordered a large Pan Pizza with garlic on the crust and that is not what I got. An inch of crush that was more hand tossed than pan. No garlic on the crust just super dry. I gave em 2 stars because the wings I ordered were actually delicious.
