Ordered a box dinner pizza the delivery was fast for the most part but the delivery driver dropped my pizza (I heard the pizza box slide and fall) I open the door and he was already walking away didn’t tell me didn’t try to make it right the pizza was bunched together. I tried calling the store whoever answered I explained what happened they hung up. I spent 40$ on a dinner box I don’t expect a master chef meal but I also don’t want my food dropped then not even an apology? Or something.

Called because the app wouldn’t respond correctly and was told they are too busy to take a single small supreme order over the phone and was directed to their website instead. Called another Pizza hut down the road and the lady placed the order and I drove the extra few miles to that location instead. Driving past this one “this is too busy to take an order”. You lost my business; I’ll drive the extra miles to the other location.

I literally work around the corner and opted for delivery. 30 mins was the time. I ordered at 1113 with a time for 1143. At 12 I still hadn’t got my pizza. At 1202 I get a message saying door dash was going to deliver but now not until 1231 I only have an hour lunch. No communication at all. I tried to call and cancel but no one answers the phone. This shouldn’t even be an issue. If there’s no delivery person available the options online should just display carryout only.

I ordered pizza because that’s what my bf wanted for a Fathers Day dinner. It came out to $49.90. We waited over the 75 minutes we were told it would take & no one arrived. I called the store & was told it would be here in 5 minutes. I told the lady the app said it was still being prepared. She forwarded me to a man. He said he was the only one at the place & they probably canceled it. We waited almost 90 minutes & not once did anyone reach out to inform us that Fathers Day dinner was CANCELLED. At this point it’s 8:43p so I called the lady back to ask if my order was being cooked or canceled. All of a sudden she’s just the call center & asked if I wanted to reorder & it would be here by 9:26p. They ruined our family dinner without the decency of letting us know that they canceled it & had the gall to ask if I wanted to reorder!

Placed a delivery order for almost $57 and order was never delivered. Called 4 times and they will not answer the phone. They also wouldn’t let me redeem any of the 230 reward points I had earned from previous order. I do not recommend this place at all!

This place is doomed. You do not want to work or eat from here. Employees do Not wash hands and openly touch everything, including hot & ready food. There’s black mold all over the dish room and racks. RGM could care less about the employees that work for him because apparently there’s always someone else to hire. Bogus waste of time and money!
