Never have I had my pizza be delivered looking like this.. And no this is how it looked when I opened the box my child thought someone touched it.. Then is was cold..I have been trying to reach the restaurant but no answer. this is ridiculous and horrible

I ordered a carryout pizza through the app, the order was wrong so I asked for it to be fixed. The lady at the register was rude and unprofessional, called the manager I asked if he was going to fix it or if I could just buy another the right way. He took a while and then I heard the ladies (the one from the register and one in the back) making fun of me and my glasses. They were openly laughing and pointing at me and singing a song, it was such a bullying experience and all I wanted was dinner for my kids. So I took my phone out to start recording them but they escaped to the back. The manager then went back to address the issue for a bit then came back and was trying to figure out how to make the order right. I then told him I felt unsafe and just wanted to cancel the order all together as I would not trust those women around food for my children.

Very poor customer service from Jamie. There was an issue with my order, so I had to re-order. Fine with me. I had to then move my car because I was apparently in their delivery drivers parking. The signage is confusing, and I explained that to her. She was so rude about it. Mind you, the parking lot is NOT even close to full of cars. (I see why). I return inside after moving my car, to get a refund for my first order and when I asked for a receipt, it was taken out of the TRASH CAN and she held it up saying “that says canceled right?” I wasnt questioning if I was refunded, just simply wanted a receipt. Im currently waiting for my order inside of my car, as I do not feel comfortable waiting in there. I will not be returning, nor ordering delivery from here ever again.

On 03/22/2023 we ordered online for pick up at the 620 location in Round Rock. When I arrived in curbside I waited 15 minutes & no employee came out to greet me or ask for my order even though I know they could see me because I was looking right at all of them. Another vehicle drove up and parked in curbside next to me. They waited about 10 minutes before an employee came out to greet them. After the employee took care of them they never acknowledged me or anything. I waited another 10 minutes and then decided to go inside. I went inside and no employee was there to greet me even though they heard the door chime that someone had entered. After waiting 5 minutes another person came inside to pick up an order. An employee immediately magically appeared and helped them before me. After that person left the employee hesitated to acknowledge me or help me. When the employee did acknowledge me they weren’t pleasant at all. I asked them if they had an order in my name they told me they didn’t. I asked them to check my husband’s name too and they told me they didn’t with an attitude. They then said with an even more attitude they didn’t have any orders for anyone with my last name. As I returned to my car I found out my order was actually at the Mays location in Round Rock. When I arrived at the Mays location I was greeted right away and received my order quickly. I was glad my complete order was still hot too. The employee that helped me really cheered me up after my terrible experience at the 620 location. The customer service really sucked at the 620 location and we go there often at least once a week, sometimes even twice a week. We have never had a problem but this particular day I had never seen all of those employees there either. I didn’t get any of their names but I remember all their faces. I will never go to this location again, I will go to Mays from now on even though it’s further away from my home.

I would first like to say that I didn’t want to write this review, but customer service gave me no choice because the problem was never resolved. I gagged when I pulled this out of my mouth. It nearly cracked my tooth. I have no idea what it is. A seed! Maybe. But, it doesn’t crunch—it’s hard as a rock. I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, black olives and peppers. What I got was disgusting to say the least. Had pizza hut resolved my issue by giving me a refund, or at least apologizing, this review may not exist. I owe it to other customers to read this. The manager told my husband that we were liars and that they don’t have seeds in their pizza. Well, duh!! No one put this there! I’m sure it was an accident or something happened where this ended u in the sauce (as it was covered by toppings), or something else. It happens all the time bc no restaurant is perfect. All they had to do was issue a refund (I believe it was only around $26, and I would be on my way—definitely not eating a pizza hut pizza for a long time. Unfortunately they told us to call pizza hut corporate, and no one has gotten back to us after weeks. Ridiculous. Do not go near this place. I don’t respect someone who doesn’t own up to a problem and figure out a solution.

Ordered for delivery from here, they forgot the ranch and my 2liter drink. Every time I tried to call, it would constantly ring and then the call would drop. It would be nice to talk to someone at the store and at least get a refund

First time ordering the new to Texas, Detroit Style Pizza from Pizza Hut and I am stoked. This pizza here… the closest I’ve had that took me back to the D. Taste a lot like Buddy’s Pizza but don’t tell him I said so. Well done Pizza Hut, I will definitely be ordering it again. It is well sized and lovely priced.

The manager at this store has been nothing but rude. Claims they came to our house to deliver and no one answered so she went ahead and cancelled our order… when we called to check she said well I don’t have a driver anyway so if you want your order come pick it up. But on the whole conversation she was rude and pretty much with a if you don’t like it tough we don’t need you as a customer tone. I have been a customer of Pizza Hut all my life but she has caused me to really avoid them moving forward.

Don’t order from this pizza hut, manager is rude and she does not know how to speak to customers. We have ordered from this local pizza hut and dealt with her rudeness because we order almost weekly. Managers lose touch with customers due to online ordering, I guess she will continue to be rude to customers if someone does not do something about it. My order was canceled and I was never informed or called. I had to call to find out that my dinner was never going to arrive. They have my info, my address, they have called before I believe my order was their last large order and since it was cash it was never even made. She advised her driver left at 9pm. My order was set to deliver at 9:10pm. She never even gave me the option to pick up my order, so that’s why I know my order was never made.
