If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a pizza that was after the time it was to be delivered. I was given a crazy story it was transferred to Doir Dash and could not be cancelled due it being transferred. I was told the order would be cancelled and it was not.

Stopped in to get a modified Pepperoni Lover’s large thin crust to bring to a friend. We had them layer a little extra cheese and add even MORE pepperoni to the top, this creating the … (wait for it) … Pepperoni Lover’s EXTREME! Was one of the better ones we’ve had about six-seven different Pizza Huts make up for us. YUM!

I placed an order for delivery. When it was out for delivery, I received notice it was bring delivered by Door Dash. Received my pizza 35 minutes later despite being only 3 miles from Pizza Hut. Pizza was luke warm when I received it. Actual pizza was more crust than toppings, breadsticks weren’t cut and boneless BBQ wings were slightly overdone. Was hungry for Pizza Hut but was overall a great disappointment.

Tried to order online. Kept saying my card information wasn’t valid. I try a few times after changing my zip due to just moving out here. Still no good. I go to check my bank…turns out they charged me every time I tried. I try to call and talk to the manager and I am on hold for 5 mins with no answer then it just hangs up. If my money is returned I will just call my lawyer. So in short this place wont take your order, but WILL take your money, and wont even talk to you about it. But I guess that’s on my for thinking this pizza hut would be better than the others. This whole company is just trash at this point.

I quit eating fastfood pizza after my experience here. they’re incredibly busy, short-staffed. naturally, pizza was disappointing.. and it takes a lot for a pizza to be flavorless …Walmart pizzas taste better in comparison I did notice daytime orders taste better than rush time orders.

Pizza took over double the time stated until it was ready. I showed up and it looked to be a bunch of high-school kids in there messing about rather then working on getting orders ready. 4 of them were standing in the doorway eating pizza.

I’m so sad I didn’t read the reviews before ordering my pizza!! It was horrible! One of our pizzas was so burnt it’s inedible! I always order dominos but I thought I’d give Pizza Hut a try. INSTANT REGRET.

Horrible establishment, I placed an order on the app only for them to deliver with doordash which is ridiculous. My order took 30 min and the store is only 3 min away, plus i was paying with cash and the dang doordash driver didn’t even have change and didn’t know what to do so he had to cash app my boyfriend our money , also the driver tried to lie giving an incorrect order amount but we showed him proof of the total, and then we didn’t even get our wings either, and the pizza was hard and cold. I only ordered from this dump because I’m at my boyfriends for the week and papa johns is too far away. NEVER AGAIN ORDERING FROM THIS TRASH PLACE.
